One silly thing I thought up is that she doesn't want anything from the Solars beyond meeting with them. She doesn't do anything to the Solars we would find interesting or peculiar . . . it's just that everyone else will THINK there is some big secret going on because of the importance of Nara-O and the Solars. It'd be a way to boost her importance by creating something more for her to lord over. The big secret of the Nara-O meeting with Solars that has the Sidereals, and probably the other Solars, so curious isn't anything at all in proportion to what everyone else thinks it is.
