A group of friends go to an island for their spring break trip away from college. The friends are renting a cabin,the only cabin, on the island for one week. For the most part, the island has no other people, at least no other human. The island is vampire territory. When the friends arrive, the vampires know of their arrival pretty quick. Now the vampires are trying to hunt down these humans for their first real meal in hundreds of years. The friends try to leave the island, but the boat...
