May seem like a common sense question

I read through the site rules before coming here, but knowing me I may have missed the answer to this question.


Is bumping a thread considered spamming, or not okay? Are you allowed to bump but only when necessary? Is it kind of a use your common sense and don't be bumping all the time, kind of thing? I didn't want to bump my thread and then end up in trouble so I figured I would ask first.

To add to Musician's correct response: we prefer that you bump your own thread than that you create a duplicate thread. Bumping is especially common in the recruitment forums. We do ask that you use common sense and don't bump your threads incessantly, but it is allowed.
