Other Looking for some help in developing my story idea!

Hi there! I have a story idea that I really wanna make into a proper story but I'm having really bad writer's block atm so I'm looking for some help!

Basically I have a character who's a teenage detective. He loves with his 6 brothers and his girlfriend who try to help him with cases. And I have four other brothers who hate my protagonist's family (I was thinking that they could be the antagonists but I don't know what they could do in it)

I seen this and I think that maybe the four brothers could have been covering up something like one of the brothers or their family member got arrested because they were tracked down by the detective and want to take their revenge by doing crimes and leaving cryptic and vague messages

What if one of the four brothers used to be friends with/in a relationship with one of the six? It could add interesting interpersonal dynamics
