Personality:Shawn is very quiet and doesn't really seem to enjoy talking to people unless he has no choice but to do so. If he has the choice, he'll simply nod and wave but hardly ever talk (It's because of this is why people think he's mute).

Power's:Shawn is able to very lightly control time. Thanks to a small pocket watch that he carries around in his pocket. With this, he can slow down time for a few moments, but he has no control when or where the watch will activate. If he doesn't have the watch it won't activate, nor will it work with anyone else but Shawn. If Shawn is holding someone they also share the effects of his watch and are able to move at regular speed with him.
Although this doesn't really count as a power, Shawn is very agile and is able to run and flip with the best of them. He can easily leap through the air and use numourus objects to help him get to point A to point B.
