I think the title summarizes the basic premise, so if the title interests you, you'll probably enjoy this idea.
What I'm imagining is a roleplay based on the same premise as the original Jurassic Park book/movie, but probably following the movie a bit more, simply because more people are familiar with the movie.
Roleplayers would create consultants, brought to the park to inspect/approve it when investors grow concerned about its viability. The consultants in the roleplay need not fall into the same roles as those of the book/movie; there could be a variety of scientific, ethical, and business perspectives represented.
