Realistic or Modern Isle Survival

She watched Beth for a few more seconds before standing and walking to Nichole. "This has been one hell of a bad nightmare." She commented, finally looking to the plane. She sighed, waving her hands in the air randomly for no apparent reason. "OH COME ON WHY THE HELL DID YOU HAVE TO GO AND CRASH WITH US HUH?!" She finally shouted at the plane, then breathing in slowly to calm herself. She had let her anger out, and was happy. She plopped down on her bottom next to Nichole, glancing at her periodically and busying herself with wondering what new adventures they all may end up enduring. She, after all, was 15, an one of the more younger of the group, even though she didn`t act like a 15-year-old most of the time.

Beth was startled at this, causing her to jump. Her eyes widened and she looked at where the plane used to be. "Please let my brother be ok."she whispered, barely audible. She cared for her brother more than she cared about herself.

With a snort, Jonathan turned and began walking against the flow of the river. He took his time, trudging through the slightly marshy areas, avoiding still pools in favor of moving waters if he had to get wet and he took his time through any rocks or area's that looked at all unstable. His efforts weren't in vain as the water itself began to get steadily warmer. He whistled slightly as the area around him was covered more in moss and algeae then he felt comfortable walking on. He paused midstep and pulled back looking to Juniper he nodded back towards the way they had come, "Head back the other way. Footing's no good here..." He glanced around and then began treading back towards the crash site, rolling his shoulders quietly.

Juniper sighed, relived to bmjead back to her brother with an escort. Yet, she a felt a bit disappointed, bit being able to go on the adventure she hoped. "Thanks... But what makes you think I wouldn't have been fine?" She began walking, picking up the pace so she could be infront of him. She whipped around to face him but continued to walk backwards. "'cause im a girl?" She suggested with a playful smirk.

Sierra sighed, leaning back, laying on her backpack and with her knees up, staring up randomly. "It`s dark. And we have no shelter." She commented, mentally decided she would reply to no one but Nichole. -short-

Derk wakes up in the plane that was suppose to take him somewhere great but had crashed. "W-where am I" he stammers as he notices his surroundings. Corpses. Dead people were hanging from seats and a arm was in his lap. "A-AHHHH" he screams as he unbuckles and flings the arm away.

Nicole smiled at Sierra. "Don't worry about it. We'll be fine. We all just have to keep our heads." She reached over to grasp Sierra's hand. "How about you and I go grab some stuff for a shelter, hm?" She let go, realizing how weird she must have been acting.

Jonathan shook his head at the girl, replying, "No, It's more along the lines that the rocks ahead are coated in slime. You cant walk on it safely, especially with the darkness falling." He began to make his way back towards the crash site. He paused when he reached the outer edge of the area he knew it was in. Jonathan had always been able to create a map within his mind of the area he was in within a short time. So even though he was walking new territory, he knew variable distances between points, and he knew that the crash site would be just within the line of trees ahead of them. He nodded towards them, saying to Juniper, "Other side of the tree's there is the crash site." His tone was low, and quiet, "I'm going to circle around to the crash itself. I need to extract something of mine from the wreckage before it goes up in flames." He slid away from the girl, and circled to the ravine the plane had somehow ended up in.

Jonathan spied the leaking fuel with a sigh and muttered, "Well, That... was unlikely... but you cant fight fate I suppose..." With a few moments of effort, he picked up a small branch, and jammed it into the leaking tank, effectively sealing the hole for the time being. He tapped it and based on the reaction from it, judged there to be around a third of the tank left. He decided on calculating the remainder out later. Instead he moved to the cargo section of the plane, and pulled one of the damaged containers that held their luggage within it open. It had several other people's stuff, but not his own, so he pushed it out of the way, and watched it tumble down into the ravine in a mess. With a snort, he moved to the next container, and opened it, and to his amusement, was rewarded by the sight of his belongings. A moment later, he pulled the two suit cases out, one he extended the straps on, the other, he opened.

Inside were two large bottles of water and a chemical mixing alembic vase he had used to store cleaning fluids in the past. It had a rated cork in the top of it which he unsealed then. Jonathan took a drink off one of the two bottles, and then drained them both, knowing there to be fresh water near by, he no longer needed to store it. He took a moment to move back to the tank with his bottles and then, removing his makeshift cork from it, he began to fill the three containers up. He watched carefully as they filled, keeping his eyes, and nose, and as much of his skin as he could away from the jet fuel. It only took a moment until they were all full. He re-corked the tank muttering, "Well, when I find the wings there will be more of this... suppose it wont hurt to have this supply here though... if it doesn't go up in flames..." He took a moment to seal all of his containers then replaced them in his luggage and zipped it shut. A moment later, he lifted the case up, and slung it over his shoulder, moving out of the wreckage, he started to make his way back the way he had just come with Juniper, whistling as he went. Jonathan would survive. He would survive, and he would thrive out here.

"Uh.. O-Okay?" Juniper reluctantly replied as Jonathan headed elsewhere. "Not too far," She said to herself as she walked in the direction she guess the group was in. To her relief, the almost inaudible voices of a few talking came into earshot. Feeling pretty much free of anxiety now, she began to pick up the pace, happy to finally see Joseph. She pushed trough thick ferns and soon stepped into small clearing by the crash site. Joseph's head perked up and his eyes seemed to brighten a little. "Juniper!" She greeted her excitedly as he hopped to his feet and ran to hug her. The two siblings embraced and both has smiles plastered against their faces. "Srry. I got a bit lost. But Jonathan... sorta helped me back. We went to get some stuff though." Joseph nodded. "Ok. Well at least you didn't get eaten by a snake or jaguar or what ever the hell is out here." Juniper chuckled and she and her brother sat down against the tree Joseph had been sitting at.
