Basically this changes up the test in this manner (because Saitama being placed in C-Class was BS and everyone knows it):

Scoring for the Hero entrance exam
30 Points for the Physical
30 Points for the Written

There will be a additional field test but to even make it to the Field Test, a candidate MUST score a 20 if they are registered with equipment or a weapon or a mutation of some kind, and a 30 if they are not, and I'll explain after I lay out the scoring system.

40 Points for the field
10 Points for the Interview

If a Candidate Scores a 19 or less on the first two parts of the exam they will not be permitted to take the Field Exam and will not be considered for the interview even if they have a weapon or a mutation. See, even IF a candidate were to get a 20/60 for both of their scores, if they perhaps have special equipment that would help them in the Field Exam, then that's worth consideration and if they manage to defeat the robot Demon threat, that can give the Association special consideration that they might be capable of more, however, if they don't list having ANY special equipment like a weapon or some kind or High Tech Backpack or equipment, or can't lay claim to a special ability or mutation when filling out the initial sign up forms, then they must score AT LEAST a 30 to be allowed to take the field test and be interviewed. Now there is another layer of elimination to where if a candidate doesn't have at least a 60 by the end of the field test and the judges will not allow them to take on the Robot Demon threat as a bonus, based on how they performed against the Tiger threat, then they will be eliminated, but will be given a certificate for 6 months of free training at a local hero training center.

So to put it in perspective, if a typical area exam has 2,000 takers, with perhaps 20-200 of them having some kind of equipment or mutation, (if we're assuming only about 1% of the population has some kind of ability like that at all and 10% has some kind of high weapon proficiency), but with 18 of them passing with 20 or over, and perhaps 30 of the ordinary test takers are exceptional enough to make it to the 2nd part of the test, that means somewhere around 5-10 candidates pass the test and are officially made into heroes.

Field Exam Scoring
10 Points for Neutralizing a Petty Crime like a purse snatching
10 Points for Neutralizing a Higher Crime Both of these are done by paid actors and volunteers
10 Points for Neutralizing the Robotic Wolf Threat Created by Metal Knight/Bofoi, Child Emperor and Gai Hirota (My OC)
10 Bonus Points for Neutralizing the Robotic Tiger Threat Created by Metal Knight/Bofoi, Child Emperor and Gai Hirota (My OC)
Bonus points awarded for taking out the Robot Demon Threat

1- The Minimum given simply for attending the interview and not assaulting any of the interviewers
2- Given if the candidate is rather mentally or socially unstable, but at least answers the questions
3- If the candidate is rude or short with the interviewers
4- If the candidate is amicable but clearly somewhat mentally inept
5- If the Candidate is average in all areas
6- If the candidate is above average
7- If the candidate lays claim to certain feats and appears mentally and socially stable
8- If the candidate has a strong personality and lays claim to certain feats
9- If the candidate is likable, has a strong personality and lays claim to great feats
10- if the Candidate has performed feats of great strength, has a great appearance, strong personality and lays claim to great feats
A Great Feat is a Well Known thwarting of a crime, criminal, villain or defeat of a creature or creatures

Questions asked during the interview:
1. What feats before taking this test can you lay claim to that are heroic in any way?
2. What makes you want to join this organization?
3. Why should we make you a hero?
4. If chosen to be a hero, what are your goals here?
5. Will you respond to a threat EVEN if it means you could get hurt or killed?
6. What about this test do you think needs improvement? Do you think we got a accurate assessment of your abilities?
7. Do you have any other questions for us?

Question for A, B, and C-Class potential heroes (Basically candidates going into the Interview with anywhere from a 60-98)
If a Hero of a higher class were to give you a order to be on crowd control or to do something other than attack the threat, would you obey that order?
