~How Hell City came to be~


Hell City....With one of the most harshest histories ever; Hell City has come to be known mainly for it's corrupt roots and connections that run throughout the city - Thirty years prior to present the city once even had a Police force and was run by the american government.


This was until the 'big hit' from numerous villainous figures 10 years prior to present date (Right now is the beginning of year 2030) causing the City to spin into turmoil, crime rate rising through the roofs with these figures a even greater Crime Organization had set their interests on this City. The Mafia is known as the largest and most organized Crime Syndicate of all time, being run in a 'family' like system they have multiple connections within almost all countries of Earth. The Mafia making their own move on Hell City is was shortly after this incident the City fell under the law of the Mafia - The government being run out from the city all police stations were burnt to the ground and from here; Complete madness and chaos spread.


The madness and chaos didn't only run deep through the roots of the city but also into the minds of everyone in it; Inspiring many upcoming criminals and psychopaths Hell City is known to be a haven for criminals. The City mainly conspires of Nightclubs, Cage fights (For entertainment) all run by several Drug Cartels and gangs most of the residence often have to choose a side if they want to live.


The Mafia being the most harshest of all the Gangs they were also the largest; Having most of the power over the course of a few years there had been several Gang leaders and Triads who rose up and rivaled themselves against the Mafia. Some had even come out successful in some situations however in the end they all reached the same fate; In prison (Basically a death sentence) or in the gutters.

~Genetically Modified Humans~


Humans all over the world are being experimented on, and all over the world new types of humans appear, one example being the 'Ghoul' a type of GMH that is very famous all over the world, there are many types. Animal like, robotic. Magical, elemental, territorial, some get a drastic change in appearance, some in personality, some don't realize until the last second that they have a power, some don't have a power, but more of an enhancement. Some get lost in madness to a point of no return, some get lost in the power and strength they forget all that is dear to them. Some are used as fighting weapons, some use their power to do everything they dreamed of. Some stay the way they we're, for the most part.....

~Gifted Humans~


Naturally born with a strong Aura, gifted humans have powers that differ depending on the color, brightness and pattern of the Aura. Some have Auras that look like their persona, others like their ability. A person who has an Aura sees another persons Aura with ease, a person who doesn't have an Aura on the level of the Aura that another person has however, can't see it at all. One can hide their Aura if that is in their repertoire.


They are different types of people, some find out about the Aura at the age of twenty, some know from the very birth, some probably wished they never knew.... but it doesn't make the ability go away...

~Auras~


Everyone has one, most having a rather weak one. The Aura depends on the person, bright or dull, dark or light, red or green and so on and so forth. A person might have the ability to shift the Aura and the rest is in WIP XP

~The Marked~


'The Marked' is a very vague term to what these people actually are. Once being known as the 'Illuminati' at some point these people have all been marked by a man of great power, Lucifer. These marks each resemble an aspect of death however only five are chosen at a time. Who these people actually are has still remained a mystery however they are known to often have enhanced Aura abilities that govern around their aspect of death.
