Roleplay Rules:
  • No godmoding, controlling other people's characters* or metagaming. (Killing someone else's character without permission will result in you being immediately kicked out of the rp. Your character will then be assumed dead or missing.)
  • No over powered characters. As there is no set formula to determine if a character is overpowered, I will be using my best judgement to determine this. You’re allowed to plead your case but my decision is final. You will then have 3 chances to edit your character to my approval or I will have to deny you, as it means we're probably unable to understand each other.
  • No smut or any sort of behavior that breaks the site rules.
  • Max of 2 main characters per player, but you're allowed to make npcs as long as vital ones are approved first.
  • If possible, I want characters with different skills, races and abilities to make for a more well rounded team.
  • As of now, I'm only allowing a set amount of characters, but more can join later on.
*In the case that we're stuck because someone is unable to post, I reserve the right to move them so that we may move on.

Character Rules:

    • The human characters must be friends at the start of the rp (we can discuss how beforehand) and go to the same school. They don't need to be in the same class, neighborhood or stuff like that, but they must be able to get along.
    • Human and supernatural characters can know each other prior to the rp, but the humans can't know the latter's secrets. (Ex. A and B are coworkers in a cafe. B is a werewolf, but A only thinks of B as a regular human.)
    • They cannot have any supernatural blood, abilities or experiences prior to the rp. And desires to have that change during the rp must be discussed with me beforehand.
    • All human characters are in Sixth Form, I think, according to the education system in England. Think of it as senior year in high school.
    • Humans can come from whatever country they want, but must've lived in Bellua City for at least a year now.

  • Silver ask 1.png Name: Silver Jaeghund
    Age: 18
    Silver is 5’10” with a thin build and light skin. His black hair is relatively short, with long bangs swept right that can sometimes cover his silver eyes. He doesn’t have much muscle mass but is well defined, especially his legs. No special markings or scars.

    Personality:
    Silver is not exactly the easiest person to get along with at first. From his quick temper to his generally pessimistic attitude, he doesn’t exactly make friends easily. But initial impressions aside, he is a very serious and hardworking individual, though he works to not let it show too much.

    But despite the more outspoken parts of his personality, if one studies his actions long enough, they’d see that he is oddly emotional and naive, being easy to trick or provoke into doing things. He’s also kind and caring, in his own way, toward those he considers his family, acting like a big brother, and sometimes a mother, toward them, though that doesn’t stop him from getting mad or frustrated. Though incredibly impulsive, he is also extremely loyal and becomes more impulsive when those he cares about are involved. Not really in the sense of self sacrifice but he’d put their needs before his own.

    Type of Friend: Silver is very much the mom friend of the group. Though he angers easily, it’s mostly out of concern for his friends and their well being. He’s prone to scolding them if they do something stupid and taking care of them if they get sick or injured.

    Background:
    Silver doesn’t know much about his birth parents, having been an orphan for as long as he can remember. In his younger years, he wasn’t the most well behaved child, getting into fights and yelling at his caretakers because he believed his parents would come back for him. This changed with his befriending an elderly dog named Charlie and Charlie’s death which seemed to bring Silver to accept the fact that he was abandoned.

    Throughout the next few years, he learned to be fine with that, appreciating his new family at the orphanage. And though he still hasn’t been adopted, he’s happy where he is, wanting to grow up faster so he can get a job and help support the orphanage.

    Skills/Hobbies:
    • Track - Silver used to be on the track team but quit this year to focus on finding part time work to gain experience. He’s still a really good runner though.
    • Housework - Silver cleans and cooks a lot at home. He can’t make anything too fancy but his meals taste good given his budget.
    • Handguns - (not a skill he has yet but will learn during the rp) Silver will learn to use handguns. Currently, he only has experience with water and nerf guns, though he is a good shot.
    • First Aid - As kids at the orphanage had a habit of injuring themselves during play time, Silver has a good grasp on basic first aid and medicine.

    • Silver wants to become a police officer or detective.
    • He works part time as a cook in a diner.
    • He always carries around a first aid kit, sewing kit, several bags of trail mix or snacks, and some dog treats, just in case.

Elizabeth stands 170cm tall with a rather slender build. She has a rather fair complexion, which she inherited from her mother. So does her light brown hair, which in the sunlight exposes a honey colored shine. When it was longer, it used to be more wavy, but not too long ago she cut it to shoulder length due to practical reasons, or so she told everyone. When it's not hanging loose, it is bunched up in a quick and messy bun.
What she inherited from her father was mostly only her brown eye color, as well as her personality.
Apart from a few small burn marks she has on her hands due to her love for baking, which sometimes goes different than expected, to say the least, her left hand is marked by two small, almost invisible at first sight, tattoos. Those tattoos, which are situated on the side of her middle and ring finger, read a couple of roman numerals: XII.II and IV.V .


Personality:

Elizabeth is a charismatic and caring person. She tried to help whenever she can and puts others needs and wants before her own. With her optimism she tries her best to influence and help others.
Most people would see her as the basic social butterfly, trying to socialize as much as possible with others, although she is rarely ever seen after school while hanging around with others. While she loves being around others, she also enjoys some time on her own, taking a walk in the nature, being by herself while looking for inspiration as well as motivation for her hobbies.
School-wise she might seem like a hard working girl. While it isn't completely wrong, and she studies quite a lot for school, it's mostly due to her not being able to work and function under stress, thus her needing to finish everything as soon as she possibly can.
One thing that she does, yet involuntarily, and by what some seem to be slightly annoyed, is spacing out. This can happen everywhere and at any time, be it during school, while talking to someone else or when she's all by herself. She just stares into space with a blank stare until someone wakes her up from that trance-like stance or she notices that she's spacing out.

Type of Friend:
Most likely the 'nerd' / 'smart ass' one. This is all due to her past life and education, which she has kept up until now.


Background:

Elizabeth grew up in France, like one can deduce from her family name, and spent most of her life there. Her father, a french business man, had already been married once before marrying the woman who'd become Elizabeth's mother. Before that she worked as his secretary but afterwards she decided to be a stay-at-home mother. She clearly didn't want her child to grow up without any parent around, as her father was often on business trips. Only a year later Elizabeth's brother was born, John, which couldn't be more different from her personality-wise.
Elizabeth can't deny the fact that she was spoiled as a child, since her father was doing well in his work, but she didn't let it get over her head, unlike her brother. Nevertheless, her parents were quite strict about their education, wanting both their children to graduate from a private school, as well as being able to play one instrument each and being in one sport club. Elizabeth chose to learn how to play the violin and to partake in ice-skating classes.
What seemed to be a picture perfect life soon had some unfortunate twists.
When Elizabeth was only 10, on the twelfth of February, her mother died to lung cancer, two months only after being diagnosed. It was a shock to everyone, although it was well known that her mother has always been a heavy smoker, and from that point on things seemed to start going downhill. Her father, which she knew to be full of love for his family, began slowly and surely distancing himself from this own family, while her brother seemed to get closer to her. Her father tried remarrying many, many times, but got dumped rather quickly. Each failed attempt made him stray further and further from his family, not to mention his dependence on alcohol and his more aggressive nature. During those dark times, Elizabeth developed her love for art, photography and baking, as she was desperately looking for pastimes to better her mood and bring her onto other thoughts.
As the years went on things seemed to get better, meaning that Elizabeth's father finally found a new one, who accepted his proposal, which seemed to slightly cure his dependence and behavior. Yet, he didn't seem to even try to connect with his children anymore. It seemed as if his children were a grim reminder of his deceased wife. So they only had each other.
After another couple of years, at the age of 17, on the fifth of May, Elizabeth took the spontaneous decision to travel to a different country. When asked why, she mostly shrugs, saying that she grew tired of her life in France, but further reasons are unknown. And so she did. She traveled all the way to Bellura City, where she enrolled into a local public school. She didn't have any difficulties with it, as English was one of her main subjects. The flat, in which she lives is rather small, with barely enough room to fit a kitchen, a single bathroom, a bed and a small television. She also got a part time job in a small caffee, just around the corner near her school, so that she can pay for her bills without any help from her father.

Skills/Hobbies:
Baking - Since the age of 12, Elizabeth made baking one of her main occupations when trying to get to other thoughts. She has become quite good at it, thus why she got a job at the caffee she works at. Nevertheless, she still often burns or cuts herself by accident.

Painting/Photography - Elizabeth has not only developed an interest in both subjects but also practices them. Her room is mostly decorated with photos she took herself or pictures she drew herself. Those range from photo-realistic to completely abstract, colorful to black and white paintings.

Ice skating - Elizabeth has been ice skating for at least ten years now and also participated in several competitions. After moving to Bellua City she gave up on her classes, but is still very often found at the ice rink when she needs some time for herself. Ever since moving, she's thinking about starting to take more classes.

Music - Just like ice skating, she has been playing violin for at least ten years. She has brought her violin with her after moving and from time to time still fiddles around with it. She is not only interested in playing an instrument, but in music in general. She enjoys most genres, but classical music as well as musicals are her favorites.

Multilingual - Since she had a strict education, Elizabeth is fluent in French, German, English, knows the basics of Latin and American Sign Language, and understands Spanish and Portuguese, as well as some phrases in Swedish.

Other:
She usually doesn't talk a lot about her past unless it is necessary, and even then she might keep one or two things to herself.

Personality:
To clearly understand who Ralph is, you have to understand his mentality and way of thinking. If it doesn't affect him, he doesn't care. If it does affect him, and he doesn't like it, he must fight, kick, and scream until he gets what he wants. Of course, there are plenty of exceptions to this. Listening to parents, bosses, a mugger, or trying to please one of those runaway souls he wants to claim. Now that you understand that, we can fully talk about him. Ralph pretends to be a standoffish bastard that wants nothing to do with nobody. He just acts that way so that people can accept him (How this works is a mystery to even him, people seem to be drawn to the unknown. Whatever, curiosity killed the cat.), because nobody wants to be left alone forever. He uses an excessive amount of vulgar language in his speech for his own personal amusement, and doesn't really care much about the opinions that swirl around him, since he has a stigma of being somewhat annoying, and a liar. He doesn't believe that he is either of those, since the way he acts around his friends and other people are very different, keeping the image of a polite and well-ordered young man around strangers once they start to question his demeanor or appearance. Around his small group of friends, he drops that, letting a lot of his thoughts slip out of his mouth, along with a few 'fucks' 'craps' or 'shitballs'. He feels a little more comfortable around them, cracking jokes and such, keeping them on their toes mentally with overexaggerated facial expressions or clever wordplay.

Type of Friend:
Around his friends, he is the crazy risk taker, acting as if he doesn't have anything to lose but his life. He tries to entertain them however he can, but at times pulls away to do his own thing, since he grows tired of keeping up appearances when their arrogance/flamboyance/protectiveness/etc. becomes too overbearing. In fact, that is how he solves most of his problems, though it can prove to be unsuccessful at times, forcing him to take action to acknowledge and deal with them if he isn't careful.

Background:

Ralph, ever since he was a young child, found himself something of an anomaly in his own world. Born in California, he is the only son of two parents of rich families, endorsing the Grey lineage further. His father manages the water systems of most important cities there (San Francisco, Los Angeles, etc.) while his mother is the CEO of a advertising company lived a very peaceful life in the suburbs, until recent political events have turned it to be a little. . . Displeasing to live there if you're white, rich, and handsome.
Naturally, the next most logical decision for their move is (by the order of dart on world map) Bellura city. So that's where they went, leaving behind impactful years of memories and friends. Ralph keeps all of those that he misses on his contacts and on his friends list on Xbox, but he feels that with every passing month, he grows apart from them. Slowly, this tears away at his emotions, stemming the amount of interaction he feels is necessary for the other people in school. Initially, he was somewhat open to the silly Englanders with the accents, but now he decides that he would rather prefer to use music as a distraction and excuse from keeping up appearances from the few people that associate themselves as his friends at school. So to make them happy, he talks to them, laughs, pokes fun, but when he can, he pulls away, declining invites to go out with them. He might be called a flaker, but at least he will be alone.

Skills/Hobbies:

Painting- He keeps a collection of little toy soldier models that he likes to decorate and paint in his free time. It's time consuming, sure, but he feels that it is worth it.
Perceptive- Since he usually is listening to music, he has to rely on his eyes to understand what's happening around him. He can spot small differences in facial expressions, or appreciate the subtle choices somebody took when dressing themselves that morning.

Other:​
  • Ralph really, really, really likes music. Listening to it, singing along, making it. Whenever he is or isn't alone, he is usually seen with his earbuds, or even his headphones.
  • Being a lefty and colorblind, he finds it incredibly annoying when people describe something as 'Red'. Sure, it may be red to their eyes, but to him that's a confusing color that might be red, or green, and maybe depending on the light level, blue. He kinda sticks out in that regard, but it doesn't come up too often.
  • Ralph has pretty good hand eye coordination, since when he's ditching out on his friends, he's playing video games, or trying out the latest VR tech due to the nature of his family's budget.

Personality: Anu has recently reawakened and is still getting used to the human world in these modern times. He is given little respect and care by other supernatural beings, that see him as naive, judging off of appearance. This has proven to be excessively useful at times, but irritating as well. Anu gives people exactly what they want to perceive: a young, polite boy. Underneath that, he is rational, calm, even somewhat mature, but incapable of understanding complex human emotions like romantic love.

He has trouble understanding modern media, slang, and humor, often misinterpreting it, or taking it literally. He is also lacking when it comes to speaking English, accompanied by a weird accent, even for someone who is biologically of his age. He also has trouble understanding complex human feelings, as due to never aging - he never went through the horror that is puberty. Hilariously enough, he is also oblivious to how people reproduce as it was never properly explained to him and most people refuse to do so truthfully upon being asked.

The biggest of his issues is his state. He does not like being a vampire because he is and will be stuck in the body of a ten-year-old boy forever, despite some advantages it brings.

He usually just roams the city, looking for something to do and trying to learn more of the modern world, himself, and the complexity of the human mind.
Surface Persona: Anu does not attend school, as it would be easy to know he's a vampire due to him not aging. By the time he made it through 3, or 4 grades everyone would start having suspicions on him not growing. He simply tries to keep his very existence a secret and does not have a surface persona per se. He is not publically known to anyone, but, he still interacts with the outside world by pretending to be one of the many children that you get to see every now and then.
Hidden Persona: An initiate that works for the families, but predominantly for the Draculestis.
Background: Anu used to be a Babylonian prince in the city of Uruk, however, one night, an evil bloodsucking monster, seeking to gain power - turned Anu into one of its kind. The child was left with a gift that made it thirst for blood and cease aging. It was forced to live on the blood of those that lived in the city-state, but the people became angered by this state of things and by the order of the current King and Anu's father; they gathered tools and were forced to fight Anu. The child, despite his gift, could not put much of a resistance. After having a stake forced through his chest, he was forced into the state of torpor; a long hibernation. Anu was sealed in a stone coffin that then changed hands throughout history until archaeologists found it in the 1930's. It changed museums, until one fateful day the sarcophagus arrived in the city, several months ago.

Anu was then released and fed a shallow amount of blood to awaken.
Abilities:
  • Superhuman Endurance: Even for a child, Anu is very hard to kill. He will regenerate simple wounds (flesh wounds, small cuts, small burns,) within minutes; if not seconds, complex wounds (deep cuts, deep burns, sunburns, bullet holes,) within hours; if not minutes and live on without any backlash. He is also fully resilient to disease, due to being undead. Even Anu, however, has his limit. Once he receives twice the damage that an ordinary adult human could take before undoubtful death, he will slowly start to lose grasp on his consciousness before going into torpor, a state of paralysis. Torpor will last for several days to several weeks unless he is fed with blood. If damaged further whilst within torpor, he will suffer a final death, in which he dies permanently.
    • Torpor: Once he succumbs to extreme damage that not even his undead physiology can handle and all of his vitae is drained: he will go into a defensive comatose-like state that lasts from several days to several weeks. The only way to make this state permanent is by staking him in the heart, which will last for as long as the stake is within it. He can be awakened early from torpor with several drops of blood. If damaged any further within torpor, he will succumb to a final death and turn into dust.
  • Enhanced Senses: All of Anu's senses are heightened several levels above a normal human, but can hardly be called supernatural. This ability is still developing.
  • More To Come: Anu was staked very shortly after being turned into a vampire and never had the time to develop properly. Technically, despite being one of the oldest vampires in history, he is still a fledgling. New powers will only appear once I deem it is time and if the GM permits it.
Weaknesses:
  • The Sun: If he doesn't use the special sunscreen produced by the Draculesti, all it takes is half a minute of exposure to photons generated by the sun to turn him into dust.
  • Running Water: Anu cannot cross any form of water bodies that move in a specific direction. No problem swimming in a pool, or a pond. But a river, or even a small brook will destroy him.
  • Stake in the Heart: Will not kill him, but will cause permanent paralysis (torpor) until the stake is removed and he is fed at least a few drops of blood.
  • Blood Drinking: Anu relies solely on the consumption of erythrocytes to gain nutrition. He can drink from anything, but mammals, especially humans have the highest quality of blood. He cannot consume normal food to survive. If he is deprived of blood, he will go into torpor until fed.
    • Dead Man's Blood: If fed with the blood of a human who's heart stopped beating before the blood was extracted, he will go into torpor until fed.
Skills/Hobbies:
  • Learning: Not the ordinary elementary school stuff. Anu is very active in his attempts of discovering what's going on in the human world. He wishes to learn the modern culture and adapt to it as much as he can.
  • Music: Tries to enjoy modern music, but doesn't exactly find himself liking with it. There are some songs he really likes though, and cannot stop listening to.
  • Observative: Anu is an excellent thinker on many levels. He knows the reasons of cause and effect and can make keen observations that others would miss, vampire, or not. He is not the best at analyzing said causes and effects though. If attended to and nurtured, this inherent talent could be turned into a tactical and strategical genius.
Other: The literal translation of "Anu-Erkan" is roughly: "Of graceful and courageous family/blood."

Name: Rüdiger Giehl
Nickname: "Candy"
Age: 20 - birthday is 15th of August
Appearance: Ignore the fact he looks thirty years old, it was a bad day for shading.
View media item 25982Clarification: Perhaps he has strong male genetics, but Rüdiger was able to grow a full beard by 14. As of now, he stands at 6'3", and keeps the left side of his head trimmed to the same length as his beard. His ginger hair on the right grows longer, down to his jaw (that hairstyle's apparently a fashion these days, and I honestly believed it was quite ugly on Rüdiger). He is not as broad as one might think though, because he sees most things as more important than sleeping or eating. Like his mother, he has eyes of turquoise-green. It is not uncommon to see him wearing eyeliner.
Personality:
Having always been blunt with the few people he had around him growing up, Rüdiger continues to be this way even now. Should he be presented with a friend's idea, creation or work, he'll speak his mind about it, no matter how harsh. But, that being said, should he think something is genuinely impressive, he'd say that too. By nature he is reclusive, though since his integration into the school system he's become used to people out of necessity. People can help him and better him, he knows this. As a result, he became more willing to speak to people, though still remains stoic.

Not academic, but highly creative and logical. Because of this, furthering his education is not in his field of vision for the future. Instead, he'd mostly try to do his own thing. This often backfires, as can clearly be seen by the fact he is still in sixth form when he's twenty. As with all creative types, he'd be looking for critique of his own work. Although a little narcissistic, he thrives on critique rather than praise. His ultimate goal in life is to be the world's greatest artist.
Type of Friend: Devil's Advocate.
Background: Although born in Germany to a German father and American mother, Rüdiger was raised on English soil. Even though his father disappeared - apparently having some vague 'agreement' with his mother as to why - Rüdiger learned German alongside English. Though, as any son would, Rüdiger grew so resentful to his absent father. He found he could lose himself from his practically solitary lifestyle through painting (primarily oils). Home schooled until sixth form, he is only just getting used to seeing new people daily. He likes to think of himself as autonomous and self-sufficient, but, in reality, he would probably be unable to cope on his own.
Skills/Hobbies:
Painting - Rüdiger's skill revolves around the bizarre. Whether it be a bird-skull-headed gentleman bashing out gibberish on a typewriter to a landscape that looks like an emotion, Rüdiger's talent is unquestionable. Thick oil paints and canvas are his speciality, and he always says he paints what he wants to see. As such, he would rarely let anyone buy anything, should such an opportunity arise. If he was to sell something, it'd be a painting he felt very little connection to.
Bilingual - As previously stated, he speaks both English and German. Not exactly useful, but it does mean he can swear in German and get away with it. Sometimes, at least.
Logical - Although not academic, Rüdiger follows a strong chain of logic through every facet of his life. This means he can be one of those people. For example, should you be talking about a paranormal experience, he'd be quick to shut you down. It is impossible to define him as a skeptic, because not a shred of him would believe the occurrence in the first place.
Other: Rüdiger obsesses over the colour white, believing it to be the only truly "pure" colour. Anything that is not white he sees as stained. Not so good when his thing is painting over white canvases.

Name: Verros (from the Latin 'verris' meaning 'boar')

Race: Boar-Human Hybrid
Appearance:
View media item 24912Clarification: Verros lives in an uncomfortable mixture of a human and boar body. With tusks that emerge from his cheekbones rather than his mouth, a snout and wiry fuzz all over the majority of his body, he casts an intimidating and fear-inducing shadow. However, his human base genetics are still strong, as the palms of his hands, soles of his feet, most of his face and an area of his chest lack this hair. His hair is a vicious widow's peak, a darker brown than the greyish colour of his body hair. A very masculine jaw and large frame make him seem more like a bodyguard than a philanthropic and sympathetic mutant. Of course, in order to fit in within Bellua, Verros either stays out of the way completely, or shadows his face and body under some kind of hood and cloak. He will wear a hood and cloak in the rain too, as the oils of his body hair give off quite a musk should they interact with rainwater.
Personality: Verros' personality couldn't be more different than his physical appearance. What he does is he cares. Cares and tries to look after. He is not educated, because he grew up on a different side of society than he is on now. As such, Verros knows little about the world, or even what to do in it. His concept of value is skewed, so he often finds himself without money or some such concept without realising. To him, friends are as throwaway as anything else, so, while he might connect with someone, should he lose contact with them he'd consider them gone from his life. Even those he tries to help seem to be rather unimportant in his eyes. But this is not a feeling borne of cruelty - it is a feeling brought on by his life experience.

Verros struggles with his feral, boar side and its disconnect from his base human side. He can be gentle, empathetic and would extend a hand instantly to someone in need, but, conversely, he tends to get frustrated incredibly easily. While anger doesn't seem to come very often, frustration and resentment seem to soar in his mind. The only relationships Verros would truly remember are those in which he was wronged. Make an enemy of Verros and you'll have an enemy for life. Help Verros and you'd see effort. But he would not try to extend favours further than they were extended to him.
Surface Persona: In order to hide his face, Verros does field-labour. Being out of the way in the rural areas, being able to pull his hood down and feel the sun on his face as he does the work no one else wants to do is a way for him to find some peace.
Hidden Persona: Verros goes around being some sort of half-good samaritan, offering a kind hand to supernaturals in peril or agony, though he cannot do much than spread what he knows about Bellua that might help the person in question. He scrounges off the street as he cannot gain money from this. He knows from experience that, should humans expose the supernatural world, their reaction will be violence. So, to save himself and his fellow supernaturals, he will do whatever it takes to keep his world as silence in the ears of the humans.
Background: Verros used to be a wanderer. Driven out of anywhere he entered due to his appearance, he realised he did look rather deformed. And so, instead of attempting to remove his tusks somehow, and to keep from having to shave his entire body perhaps daily, he found it much simpler to wander. His tough hide and boar nature let these few years fairly sail past, and he didn't have much difficulty surviving. Since he has entered society again, he uses what he learned from being driven out before and so hides himself should he enter into public. He mostly attempts to stay around supernatural strongholds in Bellua, wherever they may lurk.
Abilities:
His Nature - Verros' boar nature means a few things - it means survival is possible where humans might struggle, and it also means he could take a punch better than the average human. His body is naturally tough because of his skin and lifestyle, but he still bruises and bleeds as a regular human would. It might simply take a stronger punch or a sharper blade to make him do so. His method of offence also stems from his nature. Should he become angered to the point of violence, or should he have to be violent, Verros will use the strength of his body and his tusks to fight. He is practiced with aiming his tusks, as he uses them on a regular basis for a variety of reasons (marking territory, opening things, digging, etc). Like a boar, Verros will go after one target at a time. But he would first try to intimate the enemy away by tensing his body and threatening with his tusks.
Endurance - Again, this is linked to his genes. Like any verris, a big part of him is his ability to just keep on going. Whether it be running the diameter of the city at an almost-sprint or simply getting up to fight yet again despite it being the third time he's fallen, he has an inner fire that burns hot and slow.
Weaknesses:
Empathy/Sympathy - A good sob story would get Verros to switch sides. Being somewhat illogical and naive, he makes decisions with his heart rather than his head. He is quite susceptible to lies, and will often fall for them.
Societal Living - Verros has no mind for value or currency. He would throw away an expensive watch because it is of no use to him, but hold onto a large wooden board because it could cover a hole in his wall. This comes from a primitive desire to find things that work. But society does not function like this. As such, Verros would perpetually find himself in financial trouble.
Predictability - Once you see him fight a couple of times, it will be clear that Verros has certain patterns he follows.
Skills/Hobbies:
Dexterous Hands - Verros has practiced and dexterous hands. Things like tying knots, threading needles or fixing simple devices are easy for him. However, he can only do what he knows. He would not know how to tie a bowline, as he has never done it before. He would not know how to do complicated surgery because he has no knowledge of this. He is simply good with his hands in general.
Marking - Verros 'marks' everything that is his, including himself. He has become skilled at reading what his own tusk-marks mean, and they become almost like symbols. Some might tell him he's heading home, while others might mark places of danger for him. He dyes his tusk points a purple colour to show his individuality from other people or animals. It is not a necessary thing, as he looks pretty deviant himself, but it is rather a safety. Verros is able to read a lot of other animal marks too, though his interpretation could be very wrong.
Other: Verros likes gold. Not because it is expensive or useful, but because he simply likes the colour of it. Still, he would not hesitate to toss away gold he found to be of no use to him. He wears three earrings in each ear - two hoops and a chain that wraps around his tusks, perhaps a reminder of how his two sides can indeed interact peacefully.

Reina has a curvy build and stands about 6’0”. She has long brown waist length hair with a streak of white on the right side. While she looks fully like a human, her dragon side does show. However, her somewhat rebellious personality makes people assume that she's just a rich girl being weird. Her golden eyes have snake like pupils, which most humans assume are high tech contacts. She keeps the gold scales on her forearms and legs covered. Her slightly pointed ears are usually covered by her hair, and she keeps her ridiculously long nails strictly under file. Her canine teeth are quite prominent. She has the Kessem brand on her right hip, which marks her as one of them. She prefers loose clothing over armour, since it's better suited for speed, and a lot more fashionable.

Reina is an incredibly hot headed shopaholic. She can’t back down from a good fight or a good deal. She really enjoys her job as a head huntress, and she gets the job done quickly. She is not self conscious about her incapability of morphing into a dragon, as she has been trained to see it as an asset. She is not afraid of openly critiquing others, and can come off as rude. However, she is not unapproachable, and she will go up to others to talk if they seem useful or interesting, and will occasionally invite them to parties. She is fun loving and adventurous. She is also prone to collecting everything she finds useful or shiny.

Surface Persona: Reina is a typical rebel who gets into fights a lot, still in school trying to finish high school, so she can work in the family business. She's not feared, as people have taken to declining her challenges, and she is known for crashing and hosting great parties. She works as a personal shopper for the wealthy residents of Bellua City in order to fund her extravagant parties and shopping sprees.

Hidden Persona: Reina is a trainee head huntress for the Kassem family. She takes requests for people they want captured, and she tracks them down, then captures them. However, they only give her fairly easy targets that won't be missed when they're gone. She will not be promoted to a full fledged huntress anytime soon, because not everyone sees her as a real member of the Kassem family. She also buys and sells antiques, which is her main source of income. Supernatural creatures sometimes mistake her as a lamia due to her inability of morphing into a dragon.

Reina was born through the union of a female dragoness of the Kassem family and a human housing tycoon. She was raised by her mother outside of the family, where she attended a private school and learned martial arts on the side. Her father was never around much, choosing work over family. After he left, he went missing and was never heard from again. Her mother took her back to the Kassem headquarters, where they saw her as a liability, because of her inability to morph into a dragon and her violent tendencies. However, the Family Head decided that she would be a valuable asset as a head huntress, as her looks would arouse the least suspicion. They taught her the art of hunting and about the family businesses, surface and underground. When she reached age 17, she was sent to a normal high school in order to integrate more with humans. Unfortunately, her violent disposition held her back a year. She tries to be more peaceful, but her dragon side just can’t resist a good fight. She makes up for causing fights by arranging apology surprise parties at school. She is learning the ropes to take over her mother’s position in the Bellua City Bank, but she'd rather go out and see what lies beyond the city borders.

Dragon Fire: Reina was born with fire magic skills. So far, she has discovered that she can breathe out fire up to five feet away. However, she doesn't do it often, as it leaves a horrible aftertaste in her mouth and it leaves her momentarily out of breath. (I'd love to be able to let her manipulate her flames into different shapes too, but maybe when she masters fire breathing)

Scales: Her scales are nearly impenetrable, and can shatter normal weapons if they're hit against her scales with enough force.

Enhanced Abilities:
Reina has augmented stamina and strength, though she is incapable of matching against a pure blooded dragon. Running won't tire her as easily as it would a regular person, and if she overexerts herself, she will need 3 days to recover. She can lift up to about 80 kg.

Thick Skin: Her skin is very resistant to injuries. She cannot be harmed by fire (though her clothes are a different story).

Night Vision: Reina’s eyes enable her to see in the dark.

*(ABILITY NOT ACQUIRED YET) Flight: Reina can earn wings by destroying a dragon blood blade. Unfortunately, those blades are extremely hard to find, and most of the known ones are located in heavily guarded vaults and museums across the globe. Reina will have to go through surgery to alter her DNA to become more dragon-like so that she naturally grow wings (Though I debate whether she should grow real wings or just get wing implants). Wings will give her the capability to fly like a regular dragon, but she will first have to master the ability.

Hot-Headedness: Reina struggles to back down from a challenge, even if she knows she will lose. If she doesn’t win, she will keep going until she loses consciousness.

Water Magic: Her flames can be countered with water.

Dragonblood Weapons: Reina can be easily cut with weapons forged from dragon blood in the flames of a dying dragon. Those weapons can go through her scales as easily as butter. As it is an extremely rare weapon to find, with less than ten of these blades in existence, she doesn't pay much attention to this weakness.

Mortality: As Reina is not a full dragon, she can be killed like a human. While her skin does offer her some protection, it can be hacked through with ordinary weapons, unlike her dragon scales.

Shopping: Reina is a shopaholic. In her free time, she looks for the best deals for the highest quality. She spends most of her money earned on clothes or jewellery. It's gotten to a point where she has a weekly limit imposed on her bank account as to how much money she can get in a withdrawal.

Mixed Martial Arts: Reina is a skilled at fighting hand to hand, as she keeps getting into fights with everyone. She is self-taught for the most part, and she can pick up other people’s moves with practise.

Hunting: Reina had been taught how to hunt with guns, but her accuracy was terrible, even with training. She prefers stalking her prey and killing them bare handedly, as opposed to using firearms or bows, since she can get a better price for the carcass, and it's easier for her than using firearms.

Partying: Reina loves parties, and she throws one every quarter. Only the rich and prestigious are invited, though she has started to invite the people she gets along with. She likes crashing parties too, though she will usually bring food or drinks to compensate for it.

Collecting: As a dragon, Reina likes to hoard things. Not only does she have a vault dedicated to shiny things found over the years, she also collects crystal and porcelain figurines. She keeps strict inventory of what she has. If anyone tries taking her things, Reina will get overprotective and start a fight.

Reina is a protégé of the Kassem family, since her mother is a direct relation to them. As a result, she is not allowed to travel a day’s journey away from Bellua City, unless accompanied by somebody trusted. She also has to abide by a “Enemies Strike First” rule, where she loses their protection if she initiates an attack.
Reina has half brothers and sisters working in the bank. They don't acknowledge her as a sister, except for one of her brothers, a bank account manager, who is also the one who put the limitation on Reina’s bank account.

Abilities:

Psionic Perception Control is the ability to Hijack the Senses of other creatures and alter what they percieve. this ability is a fancy way of saying Umbrie is an illusionist. she typically uses this ability to assist in her stealth and cannot block herself from more than 3 senses from a given target at once, and she may never block herself from the sense of touch, though she may block others from the same senses by making direct physical contact. it can also be used to add or change things percieved, but the additions or changes must make sense.

Nyxad Eyes: Umbrie's Eyes have massive pupils but barely any Scleras, this lets them recieve more light than normal, akin to a Cat's, allowing her to see in complete darkness

Eternal Youth: Umbrie is stuck in a perpetually 12 year old body

Cellular Reconstruction: Umbrie's healing factor is enhanced and is also the source of her eternal youth. her body is capable of enhanced regeneration. this doesn't technically make her a true immortal, but it does give her the ability to survive some things that would kill a mortal, such as her illness. it allows her to regenerate appendages and repair organs as long as her brain isn't completely disintigrated.

Fey Physiology; though Umbrie's Excessive Blood Production limits her strength and endurance to human levels despite them usually being slightly higher. her fey form is small and lithe, giving her twice the speed and reflexes of a human and also giving her twice the sensory capacity, which means she can perceive twice the distance with twice the clarity. neurons travel twice as fast in her nervous system, allowing her to process information twice as quickly

Stigmata Release: Umbrie can literally cut herself to bleed some of the excess blood in her body to gain back some of the suppressed strength and stamina, up to double the human level. however, the required blood loss to achieve this much is also taxing for herself.

Pandora is a Sphinx, a mythical creature with the regal body of a lion, majestic wings of an eagle, and beautiful face of a woman. Her body is 12 ft long and weighs 623 lbs and is covered in glossy and soft fur. Her wings has a wingspan of 28 ft from end to end, more than double her size, and has a majestic golden hue. Her face is mostly human, except for her catlike golden eyes, sharp fangs, ang feathery ears, and has a feral but intellectual beauty to it.

Pandora can transform into three distinct forms, a sleek Persian Cat, a wonderful Golden Eagle, and a beautiful and youthful Woman. Out of the three, she uses her human for the most in order to blend in with human society and to repress her animal urges. She stands at
5'7" ft and weighs 138 lbs. while her body has a lithe and beautiful build. Her eyes are emerald green and her skin has a pale skin tone. She wears a glasses both during her Sphinx and Human form, though she only wears her glasses in Sphinx form when reading.

Personality:

Pandora has an inherently headstrong and determined attitude, she focuses on her goals once she sets her eyes on them and devotes her full capacity towards achieving them. This tends to cause her to have tunnel-vision and she needs a friend to help her get out of it. She is a fiercely loyal and devoted friend, a friend whose there to share your sorrows and to support you through bad times and she congratulates you and celebrates your successes with you.

She has a strict respect for social hierarchy, she treats those above her in the social ladder with utmost respect and she takes pride in serving them while she looks down upon those below her, acting a bit arrogant and haughty towards them, though seekers of knowledge are always an exception. Pandora is the owner of a bookstore/library/cafe where you can read books in the cafe while drinking coffee and eating cake. Choose from old classics or trending bestsellers, the cafe has an extensive collection of books, some even in foreign languages. Read them as you drink your favorite coffee and eat your most coveted cakes and pastries, just be sure to keep the book from getting crumbs in it or spilling coffee on it as damages will cause you to pay a fee. See a book that catches your fancy? You can borrow it for a few days or buy a book in the adjacent bookstore, also owned by her. The design of the cafe is both cute and fancy giving it relaxing and refreshing ambience. She is friendly with her patrons and she is a close friend to a few of them.

Most people know her as a person from out of town, arriving in the city 7 years ago and owning the cafe and bookstore 2 years later. She has since been considered as a recognizable and well-known figure in the city, especially to those who frequent her cafe. This is both due to her friendly personality and her beautiful and fascinating appearance.

Hidden Persona:

Pandora serves as one of the head auctioneer for the Kassem Clan. She usually acts as the auctioneer for the bigger events, since she is both knowledgeable enough to know about the products and capable enough to handle threats during the auction. Her personality is also appropriate in dealing with the upper crust members of the clans and prominent individuals who usually frequents these auctions. She can also be an armed escort for these guests if they wish to explore the market itself. She also serves as a part-time bookkeeper, due to her enhanced memory and excellent mathematical skills.

Background:

Pandora was born in the Kassem clan, her family having served the clan for countless generations both in the banks that the mortals are familiar of, most of the female tellers in the bank are actually Sphinxes, and the black market and auction house the Kassem clan manages as either auctioneers or bookkeepers, or if they're exceptionally blessed, as a private tutor for the Kassem clan's children. Their line is exceptionally successful, her ancestors being from the Age of Myths and through exceptional breeding.

She was born an only child, a rarity for Sphinxes who are usually born in broods of kitten or with other eggs. As she grew up, she proved herself to be exceptionally intelligent and has cemented herself a great position as a head auctioneer, which she became as she grew up. Her public persona however differed from most, choosing to instead build a cafe. Her mother blames it on technology, luring her precious daughter with the internet.

Abilities:

Enhanced Physiology - Due to being a combination of three different beings, combining their strengths seamlessly into one body. The body of a feline, wings of an avian, and the head of a human.

Superhuman Speed and Agility - She moves at speeds impossible for a person, even an animal, can't match. She can't reach subsonic speeds, but keeping pace with a car should prove no problem for her. Her agility is also enhanced, allowing her to move with great precision and grace. It also helps when dodging and attacking an enemy.

Heightened Reflexes and Senses - Her reflexes are very good, not at the point of dodgin bullets but she can at least sense them. Paired with her great agility and it turns her into a capable fighter. Her senses have been heightened, her eyesight and sense of direction that of an avian's while her hearing and sense of balance belongs to a feline. She also has night vision.

Natural Weapons - Her claws and fangs are sharp enough to scratch and bite through metal. A swipe from her paws can send a full grown man flying while he can use her wings to produce strong winds.

Flight/Wind Manipulation - Her wings gives her the ability to hover and fly. She can also use the wind as a weapon, creating small tornadoes and sending fast gust of winds strong enough to cut stone. She can also cause a sandstorm by creating strong winds to lift dirt and sand to obscure the sight of her opponents.

Solar Affinity - She is stronger under the blazing rays of the sun. The sun provides her with additional strength, allowing her to move faster and fight harder.

Improved Intellect - Has an excellent memory and rapid recall. Is clever enough to outsmart her foes and is capable enough when it comes to strategies. Also improves her mathematical capabilities, useful in so many ways.

The Gatekeeper - She is able to issue a riddle to an opponent. If an opponent refuses or loses, her abilities and attacks becomes more potent against said opponent.

Transformation - She is able to turn into a cat, an eagle, and an adult human female. Inherent abilities become stronger depending on which form she uses while other abilities disappears.

Weaknesses:

Weak Endurance and Constitution - What she has in terms of speed and agility, she lacks in endurance. While she cantake more hits than a full grown man, she goes down faster than most supernatural creatures. Also quite vulnerable to diseases and poisons. She gets sick quite easily.

Easily Distractible - Her feline and avian side can be easily distracted. When something sufficiently shiny catches her attention, her more animalistic instincts distracts her from her current priorities.

Riddles - Once her riddle is solved, she is unable to fight the opponent for an entire day. She will be forced to retreat once this happens.

Night - Becomes weaker when in the evening. She can still fight, just not to her full capacity.

Cold - She becomes sluggish when the temperature lowers to a certain degree. She falls asleep easily when it is colder and will be more passive and unaggressive.

Animal Instincts - Being two-thirds animal, she has a hard time resisting her animal urges. She becomes easily distractable and sluggish in the cold. Her diet mainly consists of rodents and small creatures, usually still alive. She locks herself in a room once she goes in heat, since she becomes delirious and unable to think, her body submitting to her animal side.

Skills/Hobbies:

Speed Reading - She can finish a 300 page book in an hour, less if she just skims the important details. She can remember te entire book, word per word.

Drawing - Is an excellent artist and she uses different mediums, from coal to pencil to paint to pastel. She also does some art on the computer, but she's still getting the hang of it.

Mathematics - She absolutely loves math, which earns her an incredulous look when she mentions it to others. She is highly skilled in this, coupled with her memory, she's better than a calculator when it comes to calculations.

Self-Defense - She studied self defense and is quite good at it. It wouldn't be funny for her to die because she got caught off guard while in her human form.

Other:

She actually lays eggs, unfertilized of course, it's a bird thing. She can sell the eggs for a decent amount of cash, since Sphinx eggs are quite a delicacy, or she cooks it sometimes. Hey, it tastes good alright. She keeps a detailed diary of her day to day life.

Appearance:
Fiora stands at average height, 5'5. She weighs around 145-ish lbs and has an average frame. Her skin is fair and is a smooth ivory. Dark crimson hair rests right atop her shoulders and her eyes are of a deep brown.

She's busty and she's aware of her body-type. As a female, she takes pride in her natural shape and her curves and wears the clothing to accentuate them. She cares greatly about her appearance- always has. Her fashion-taste is simple, but stylish as she often wears "high tier" clothing consisting of button-ups and light blouses. She favors the contrast of shades, preferring the monotonous duo of black and white. Though, her favorite color is red and she'll often try to find a way to have her outfit match her hair. She typically does not wear skirts or dresses.


Personality:
Fiora's got an attitude, and she's relentless with it. She's snarky, sarcastic, a bit of a tomboy, and foul-mouthed to the very core. Or- is she really? Her spunky exterior sure speaks for her, but it's the inside that oversees all executive decisions. Her cocky demeanor and persistent tough girl exterior can overshadow her internal personality, but the mask comes off constantly as if a new performer has stepped onto the stage. Deep down, she's quite motherly, emotional, and protective of those she allows into her circle, and this side of her may even be more apparent than the former.

Sometimes, Fiora's polarities will act in unison, strengthening whatever emotion she experiences. Consequently, her feelings and intuition tend to dictate her actions more than sense. In most cases, however, logic and sentiment coincide peacefully for her to make rational decisions. She may be a hypocrite in this aspect of herself due to the fact that she also dislikes emotionally driven individuals and will usually deny that she herself is one. However, despite Fiora's tendencies to go with the flow and rely on instinct and intuition to guide her, she is cautious, and not just for the sake of herself. She will always do her best not to let anybody she is protecting get hurt on her watch.

In a neutral setting, she is friendly, open, and extroverted, often seeking interaction. When situations change, she is adaptable and often among the first to react. And this is usually how she interacts with other people.

However, there is a clear difference between how Fiora treats females and how she treats males. While pertly flirty and a huge pervert towards both sexes, she tends to idolize other girls and treat them with much more 'liveliness', often putting them on pedestals and allowing them more privilege. She's also usually much softer and a bit submissive when she deals with other females. This isn't to say that she's necessarily terribly rude to men and treats them like animals, but the lack of tenderness is definitely noticeable, and she is selective with what kind of guys she hangs around.
This is due to a psychological scar that was inflicted on her from a young age. While she has grown, remnants of her past have clearly not died out. Fiora absolutely despises when men doubt her in any way or put her down and she often feels like she needs to prove her worth. But a damsel in distress she is most definitely not, she would say. But, despite her attitude towards the opposite sex, she's not intolerable, and she does like to tease and engage in sarcastic banter with her guy friends.
"Wh-What- You're revealing quite a bit there!"

Fiora does not like showing weakness nor pain, which includes both physical and emotional. She will hide her feelings away and hardly ever admit to when she is hurt, which is often bad for her and frustrating for those close to her.
"Ugh... What I hate most about this is that I can't deny any of it..."

Fiora's loyalty and vindictiveness go hand-in-hand. She is extremely faithful to people whom she holds connections with as if they are blood. Wrong her or even worse, an innocent loved one, and she will hold grudges or, depending on the crime, seek revenge. "An eye for an eye," best describes her own personal justice system. And she will not rest until she has satisfied herself with even the pettiest of revenge on someone else's behalf.

Fiora possesses qualities of a leader such as her boldness and her ability to be understanding, empathetic, and compassionate. However, the girl prefers to follow. She's a team player by heart and enjoys cooperation, and surprisingly knows her limits.

Truly, as you can see, one of her Fiora's most negative traits is her swelling pride. It is often this that gets in the way of developing friendships and her growth as a person.

Type of Friend:
Fiora has a versatile role in her friend group. She can take and dish out insults and friendly fire, and she's up for spontaneous fun as long as nobody gets hurt. Because when somebody does, mother has to make sure her kids are okay before they go back outside.

When Fiora was little, she had a mother, father, and an older sister. Yes, had.
Now, calm down. Her family didn't burn in a fire or anything.

They did, however, fall apart after the death of her aunt, which led to a bitter, brooding mother finding love in the wrong place. But what else could have been anticipated? As is such, the action of decay comes after the action of death. It's a hard obstacle to overcome, and its a deep pit to crawl out of once you've been knocked over the edge. It was one single twist of fate that sent Fiora's life into a downward spiral of loneliness and fear. It was one death that drove away her father, raped her sister, drowned her mother; figuratively, and silenced her mirthful and naive song, forcing her to grow up faster than she should have. Her life crashed into the rocks beneath her as it fell from her hands, and the violent waves swept it away.
"You're exaggerating. It wasn't as depressing as you're making it out to be."

Then why can't you look me in the eye?

-She's pretty good at sewing. It was something she picked up on as a kid and it stuck.
-Fiora's perceptive and sensitive to people's moods. Call it intuition, but mother picks it up fast when something's wrong with her kids.
-She's also got a good memory. She remembers the littlest details about people. Sometimes, she surprises them.

Hobbies:
-Fiora likes reading. Writing is a bit of a pain for her, so just reading somebody else's words and determining whether she likes them or not is easier.
-She likes taking walks. Not exactly a hobby like drawing, gardening, or something sporty, but she does it often enough. She likes to be out.

Race: Thunderbird
(A mythological/supernatural creature of Native American folklore. Depictions differ, but they are commonly seen as abnormally large birds that manipulate and bring storms.)


Appearances:
Human:
As a human, Dezien appears to be a young man with pale complexion. His hair texture has a slight touch of a wave to it and the hue of his hair is a sunflower blonde. His eyes are a light brown and seem to always reflect a glint of intelligence. His human height is a bit short; he's merely around 5'7 1/2 as a mortal. His physique is average.

As a human, Dezien makes sure to keep himself presentable. He has always been one to care for appearances. His clothing style would be clean, simple, and on the classier side.

Supernatural:
His supernatural form is a graceful golden eagle of abnormally large proportions. His overall length ending at the very tip of his would be 3 ft and 9 inches. His wingspan is even more impressive being just about 8 ft and 11 inches. Dezien still manages to be light for his size weighing in at 20 lbs.

Dezien takes great care in his appearance even as a wild animal, and this is reflected in how finely kept his feathers are and how his talons are never dull.


Personality:
To strangers, Dezien is polite out of general decency, and he shows great manners to authority figures. And deep inside, he's actually a decent person with wonderful morals. He's just a bit hard to approach for some people once his personality comes out more, but he's not as much as a jerk as he seems to let on. It's not like him to just be rude to people without a reason, and he doesn't exactly intend to be an asshole, but sometimes he just is when you get to know him. He does have a rather strong and/or abrasive personality, depending on how you see it, under his layers of introversion.
"I mean- I guess."

Dezien is relatively quiet. He doesn't speak when there's no need to, and when he does, he's concise and straight to the point. But what he doesn't speak aloud, he rambles on about within. His extremely curious mind is always buzzing. Ideas, theories, solutions, analyses, worries, daydreams, critiques, judgements- his conscious is never at rest.
"It's a blessing and a curse."
Something is always circulating in the back of his mind. Often, he can get lost in thought when silence or isolation permits him to. And because of this, he's a bit of a loner, living a little bit inside his own mind. That is- until somebody brings up intellectual topics that intrigue him; or even better, somebody flubs their facts or displays stupidity and/or ignorance.

Shy, Dezien is not. He is easily irritable and annoyed, especially by ignorance. He's quick to correct people on their facts- or lack of them, often not paying attention to whether he offends people or not. He's objective in the ways that he thinks. He believes that everybody should either do their research before they speak- or don't speak at all. He does have an eagerness to learn though, and because of this he is open-minded and ready to accept if he's made a genuine mistake in his own arguments and improve from them. To him, intelligence is the strongest asset that anybody could have. And why would anybody want to be dumb?

As you could likely already tell, Dezien is heavily opinionated and quite a stubborn individual in his ways. He's a cynic at heart- a true pessimist 100%.

Despite Dezien's hardcore logic-praising mindset, he's quite emotional. And often, it can actually be hard to suppress what he feels in order to remain the ideal impassive and stoical figure that he tries to be. Dezien is indeed very sympathetic and sensitive to people's moods. Other people's emotions, especially those close to him, effect him just as heavily as they impact the person feeling them. This can lead to some rather intense confrontations; which he really dislikes, or- on the lighter side of things, sweet and sentimental moments. He has a heart for sure. He just refuses to wear it on his sleeve.

Surface Persona:
Lucky for Dezien, his supernatural form takes on the appearance of a boring and mundane overgrown golden eagle, which means that he doesn't need a cover-up in order to blend in with the humans. He can perch atop a ledge and receive some strange or stupefied stares, but most one would suspect is that he is somebody's lost exotic pet.

However, he finds just watching the world below him to be terribly boring.

When in his mortal disguise, Dezien is quite easily mistaken by humans to be an average kid in the later years of high school, and this is his go-to front.

While he doesn't attend a human school, he can be seen hanging around them. And he can also be seen hanging around other places with high concentrations of humans as well in either of his two forms, just making sure that nothing chaotic arises from the interactions between humans and supernaturals.


Hidden Persona:
Dezien is the guy who "cleans up" for the Ashtrum family and keeps them under the radar. It's his job to make sure that their secret operations remain a secret from both humans and other supernaturals if need be. His main concern is keeping the mortal public oblivious to their existences, thus ensuring the stability of all supernaturals that commute to the human realm for business.

His job includes cleaning and/or compensating for the "messes" that the Ashtrums may leave in the human world and beyond, but he's also well known for helping other supernaturals unrelated to the family cover up the tracks of themselves or their own businesses. Whenever a supernatural is responsible for stirring up things with the humans and becomes a liability to the whole supernatural race, he works with those- usually the Ashtrum assassins- who track down and eliminate these pests. Dezien will also occasionally patrol areas with high supernatural activity in precaution to prevent "accidents." He'll sometimes accompany the assassins on operations as well to oversee that they no obstacles are met.

He's also got as much a knack for deep research as he does for making things disappear, allowing him to be utilized for far more than just taking out the trash.


Background:
Dezien has worked for the Ashtrums for a few decades now, earning him a respectable reputation, but he is far under the ranks in their hierarchy. His family's history and lineage is very secretive, making him a fair candidate for the kind of work that he does. With barely anything of a past existing on record, he is no risk to the Ashtrums.


Dezien was always drawn to humans. Perhaps it's because of the nature of what he is- a sort of guardian and symbol of power and mysticism to humans. Or perhaps it's just in his personality and who he really is. In any case, there's definitely no hiding his willingness to interact with them and his selective fondness. Over many decades of his existence he has helped both supernaturals and humans, making friends and allies with his kind and coming to the point where he's claimed his favorites among the humans. Perhaps he does what he does with the well-being of both humans and supernaturals in mind.


Abilities:
-Dezien's flight capabilities are superb. The speed of his species of eagle paired with his supernatural status make his gliding and diving speed just about unmatched.
-He possesses enhanced senses. His sight, smell, and reflexes are that of an actual eagle's.
-Longevity and durability. His supernatural status also makes him inherently tough and resilient. He can take blow after blow before going down.
-Natural weapons, massive talons and beak.
-Manipulation/control of lightning and storm clouds. He is able to summon the elements of a storm with the beats of his wings.


Weaknesses:
-Dezien is a bird of prey. And that means that he has the instincts of a predator. Though he can usually control his animalistic urges, it gets harder the more overwhelmed he gets.
-Serpents. His fated enemy. Snakes from the human realm draw out his animal instincts.
-Dezien
can die. He can bleed and starve just like any other living being. He has the same weaknesses that other birds of his species would.
-When he is in serious danger, the fight or flight response in him is strongly aroused and he often unconsciously reverts to his natural and feral instincts when his life is threatened. After the distress, it can take a while for his conscious to come back to him depending on the intensity of the conflict. While in this state of mind, he can be extremely aggressive even to allies.

-Dezien possesses some of the natural instincts of a wild animal making him stealthy and adept at sniffing out or hunting down targets.
-Dezien is quite sensitive to the needs and moods of humans and supernaturals, making him also adept at talking and negotiating with them. He's not exactly charismatic, but he has a way with his words.
-The Thunderbird represents impressive intelligence. And Dezien's mind is as sharp as a tac.

Hobbies:
-Reading informational texts. Dezien's quite the student of human psychology in particular. He can sporadically be found in Pandora's library while out in the "field" looking into other miscellaneous and random informational books as well.


Other:
The simple minded animal in him enjoys free food and chasing things more than he'd like to admit.
