Everyone's fighting some battle of their own.
Yup, I've had it since I was 8-years-old and am 24-years-old now. It has a tendency to come and go nowadays for me. Not that it ever goes away completely, but I have my moments where it gets better and becomes far less noticeable. It's definitely entirely based on my daily anxiety and the more relaxed I am, the less I react accordingly.
