Name: Declan Turner
Declan is an ambitious con artist. Or was, until numerous failed schemes landed him in deep with the law along with a fairly large bounty. Realizing that he could not easily con his way into that kind of money (and perhaps a bit inspired by the numerous bounty hunters he has managed to avoid), he decided to pick up bounty hunting, an occupation he finds is more difficult than he imagined.
While he is not a skilled gunslinger, nor is he particularly intimidating or athletic, a good amount of experience in evading the wrong sort of people has given him an impressive ability at sneaking around and remaining unnoticed, whether he is hiding in the shadows or in plain sight. Along with that, he is a good strategist, and can improvise a good plan for a variety of scenarios, although he is not great at enacting those plans alone.
Declan tries his best to appear joking and care-free to those around him, whether it be friend or foe, but under the surface he is cold, mistrustful, and always calculating whether someone would benefit from betraying him, or whether he would benefit from betraying them. However he is held by a moral compass, and can freeze up or do something out of character if put in a situation where he has to commit an action he would consider especially unethical. Along with that, if someone were to somehow gain his trust he would hold them in high regard, and show a surprising amount of loyalty along with a softer and more earnest demeanor.
