Yes, yes, yes I know this roleplay isn't completely realistic with the inclusion of zombies. However, I ask that all characters are grounded in reality and aren't some superheroes capable of being good at everything that exists. Where is the excitement in that?

If there is one part I would love for you to pour your time into, its the persona section. I want complex and flawed characters who will make mistakes. I want to understand your character and their motives and drives. For some people I know this section can be hard but try envision your character is multiple scenarios (e.g., how they act around friends, when under pressure, how they act alone, their inner thoughts).

I really don't want to see stereotypes or tropes that are rife throughout media. There is no harm in starting with one but adding your own spin on it!

To absolve this, you're able to make your own NPCs, or rather "side characters" that don't need their own character applications. You will be in control of them but do keep in mind they might not survive, or at the very least I'm going to make it difficult for them to escape unscathed. As the roleplay progresses, you're more than welcome to create more NPCs/side characters that the survivors will come across. But don't worry if you want to just focus on your own character, I'll be making interesting and engaging NPCs/side characters that will be roaming the island for your characters to encounter!

She knows, unfortunately, what is going to sell and propel her career forward, the “sunshine girl that can do no wrong,” and her background is a means for people to navigate. Music had always been an integral part of his household, with his grandparents, parents, and cousins all sharing a passion for various forms of artistry. From a young age, Javi was drawn to the enchanting melodies that echoed through the walls of his home, and it didn't take long for him to pick up his first guitar.
  
  His musical journey blossomed during his adolescence as he spent countless hours practicing and composing his own songs. His grandmother was the one to give him his first guitar. In which he became infatuated with it. Playing with it each and every time he had a chance too. Although he faced the challenges of balancing schoolwork and extracurricular activities, music remained his true passion, a sanctuary where he could express his emotions and find solace.
  
  Javi's high school years were marked by local performances at cafes and small venues, where he honed his craft and built a small but dedicated following. Despite the encouragement from his friends and family to pursue music professionally, Javi initially
  hesitated, fearing the uncertainties and financial instability that him and his family were facing.
  
  During his Junior year in highschool, tragedy struck when his beloved grandmother suffered a life threating stroke. That was when he faced a pivotal decision: help his family or embrace his true calling as a musician. In the face of hardship, Javi chose to be there for his family, setting aside his own dreams temporarily to support them during their difficult time. He got work as a construction worker alongside his father to help pay for the crippling medical bills that came from caring for his grandmother. While he continued to play music, it became more of a personal solace rather than a pursuit of a professional career.
  
  After his grandmother's passing, Javi's family encouraged him to follow his passion for music once again. They reminded him of his grandmother's unwavering belief in his talent and her desire to see him thrive as a musician. To follow his dreams and most importantly of all, to be happy. With their support, Javi decided to take a leap of faith and fully commit himself to his musical aspirations.
  
  With renewed determination, Javi started performing at local venues again, and his talent garnered attention from music enthusiasts and fellow musicians alike. He poured his heart into each performance, channeling the emotions he experienced during his grandmother's illness and his family's strength in overcoming the loss.
  
  He spent the following years performing at local music festivals, collaborating with fellow artists, and releasing independent albums that showcased his versatility. With each new song, Javi's confidence and artistry grew, but he yearned for an opportunity that could elevate his music to a wider audience.
  
  The turning point came when he received an unexpected invitation to perform at the prestigious Grand Oasis Resort on Aitua Island. Excitement and nerves intertwined as he embraced this chance to reach new heights in his musical journey. Using up all of his savings for a chance to final express his talents to the world.
