Celestials learning Terrestrial MA

Basic question; do Celestial Exalted pay less Bonus Points/Experience, or need less training time, to learn Terrestrial-level MA than they do to learn MA of their own level?

Well there are no hard rules for that, but I'd give them a discount for sure.

Depends--if the ST wants to make Terrestrial MA an appealing option to Celestial martial artists, then a discount wouldn't hurt.


 Otherwise, why bother?
