A towering young woman in her late teens with a well-proportioned if extremely curved figure, though such can vary with the use of her abilities. Her tall build is wrapped in deceptively toned muscle, especially within her thick legs and an overall hourglass frame. Firey red hair runs to her neck and frames her face, putting their youthful features on full display with deep emerald eyes and a fair complexion. Seemingly overflowing with energy, she maintains a constant bounce to her step with each movement and a perpetual smile upon her lips as she goes about nearly everything in a playful manner.
Outfits
Normally clad in various fashionable garments in a combination of blacks, yellows, whites and reds. She does however share her mother's fondness for cat prints, though opting for cheetah instead of leopard. Bree herself is quite averse to the use of skirts in any of her outfit choices, and they can also be commonly found to be tight-fitting with a great degree of flexibility and stretch. Finally, she has taken to the use of a variety of cosmetic glasses when out in public, usually with either red frames or lenses.
Costume
Following her induction into the more heroic elements of the world Bree managed through trial and error to develop her first costume taking heavy inspiration from her mother's old attire (As well as the majority of the material) for both the colour scheme and design elements. The materials were not entirely simple to come by leading to such taking a while to complete even for her given the need for stretch and heat resistance was difficult to source. Her costume itself appears to be constructed of two designed layers showing through each other, with the undermost layer a dark cheetah print below a bright yellow and black spandex with red trim. This same yellow is used for her half-face mask, leaving space for her hair to flow out freely while wearing such.

Motivations
Finding herself without a place in the world where she fits, Bree seeks to find one where she does but without needing to artificially conform. She wants to make the most of her abilities, not wasting her talents or be restricted. She also wishes to naturally get involved in high-energy excitement during all this but for good or ill remains to be seen
Personality
High energy and motivated to a fault, she often heads into situations with failure the furthest thing from her mind. A paradox to those who know her well, she puts her all into everything yet comes across as lackadaisical, relentless working but seeming lazy, devoted yet uncaring, and Insightful yet thoughtless.
Loving to make a show of things and talk (oh the talking), she rarely goes for the subtle approach at least regarding her entrances often making people wonder if she ever has an actual plan, her tactics on the other hand are deceptively subtle to the point and indirect on times. Nevertheless, she has a preference for the spontaneous and adapting to the situation, though it does come off as carefree and not taking the situations seriously at times regardless of the truth of the matter.
Prideful and always seemingly putting on a show herself merely due to the enjoyment of it that others can receive, though also perhaps the sheer attention plays a part too. - BackstoryNever accept the world as it appears to be, dare to see it for what it could be. Happy!
HometownHurrican, West Virginia
The product of a short romance/fling between a speedster hero Wally West and titanic villain Doris Zuel sparked in the climax of an unlikely team-up between several villains and heroes out of necessity. While an interesting relationship which included petty villainy to get the attention of the hero, the two would, unfortunately, separate after several months. It would be Doris herself who would suddenly break the relationship off for unstated reasons, with the woman falling off the radar shortly after this returning to her original profession by taking up a medical research position in a far more legal line of work than she had previously been involved in. During this, she naturally neglected to mention her pregnancy with her prior partner, and the more paranoid individuals that had been monitoring the situation also neglected to do so.
Born into a relatively small town, Bree herself would grow up relatively normal or as normal as she could be given the strong emphasis on concealing her metahuman nature. This particular caveat would become more and more frustrating as the years went by, by attempting and being pushed to fit in she would instead manifest a mask that made her feel like an outsider, despite "fitting in" to all those around her. Even with the relative wealth her mother provided through both her profession and "prior investments", everything was just so slow and small in the end, the girl having a longing for something more.
Achieving high grades and partaking in school activities like would be expected, the girl would continue to go through the motions as the years went on, though naturally refraining from the more competitive sports in favour of social ones. It was not that she didn't have any interest in the physical activities, far from it, it was simply that having to hold back just removed the enjoyment of it. Ensuring she maintained a solid third place in the track meets for example was more of an annoyance in the end than anything else. Her involvement in the social elements would likely be what eventually lead her to be dragged into the cheerleading aspect at school, something which she did begin to genuinely enjoy at least, the show and prestige of it all resonated with her.

Her life, however, would make a not-so-slight change following the discovery of her metahuman nature during an incident at her school that lead to the destruction of the gymnasium. During an otherwise standard pep rally, several hidden explosives had been placed beneath the bleachers by one of the school's more...troubled outcasts following prolonged exposure to less-than-ideal school and life experiences. This would come to light in the aftermath of the event of course, with what was reported to be two deceased students who had been fighting in the boiler room where the explosives were triggered prior to the explosions. The exact reason behind this, however, would remain unknown.
Regardless the devices would be triggered, but just as the floor began to burst upwards with heat time would slow down for Bree, acting on perhaps natural instinct or reflex she sprinted into action with little choice otherwise. As the world for her stood still, she would go about quickly grabbing each of the occupants and dropping them off outside in a flash before the people could fully understand what occurred. It was only after each person's vision switched to watching the gymnasium they had previously been sitting in going up in flames that they even began to see the danger they had been in.
Fortunately for Bree what actually occurred was mostly concealed from the public despite rolling footage of the event, though certain more informed individuals would carefully review this given its bizarre nature. On review, the more critical eye would notice the face of a cheerleader just before the detonation as well as the blurring of their form, the scene then snapping into confusion and chaos when it flashed to outside, the cheerleader in question with a telling facial reaction until they joined the rest in dramatic acting. This event did however also cause a great amount of genuine drama between Bree and her mother who easily pieced together what had happened, as well as the return to the ever-present topic of the use of powers vs not.
Bree herself would now begin to flaunt her mother's warnings more often, further investigation revealing several other incidents of her power use, such as her multiple part-time simultaneous delivery jobs despite her lacking a vehicle, and the dismantling of a local meth operation to name a few. The revealing of her talents to those investigating would eventually lead to the attention and contact with a particular hero with an invitation, much to the chagrin of her mother. The renewed argument went on again with the final words being along the lines of "If i had really wanted to get to you id have looked up your Princess as a mentor", suffice to say the jibe did not go over well, though fortunately, things have cooled since then.
Before her full initiation into the HoT program, Bree would fall under the mentorship of Karen Starr aka Powergirl, it was an interesting experience to say the least. While honestly an attentive and enthusiastic student, there were questions on the seriousness of her attitude at times, as well as a frustration with the girl's demeanour, comments and general way of interacting with the Hero. For Bree herself though? The only real issue had been keeping track of the flying Hero during her hero activities, leading to creative solutions to avoid separation. - Powers and AbilitiesA true hero is not someone who thinks about doing what is right, but one that simply does what is right without thinking!Metahuman AbilitiesSize Alteration
Bree has the ability to increase her size scale from roughly 6'4" to several hundred feet, either entirely or in isolated areas. These powers seem to be inherited from a mystical condition from her mother if it were by science she would not be able to achieve not support that size, let alone the issue of violating the laws of conservation. Her strength is far beyond what would be expected of her size and only increases exponentially as she grows. This, however, does incur logistical problems as there needs to be sufficient space to support the increase in both size and weight less she causes damage to her surroundings, in addition to issues navigating confined spaces. It is estimated her full height would be that of a twenty-five-story building. At that height, she would weigh over 6,000 tons. That is more than 75 space shuttles. Or 2,000 giraffes. Or 200 trillion poppy seeds.
When combined with her speed, however, she is capable of creating shockwaves and blasts from the rapid expansion and reversion of her body, or greatly extending her reach for a split moment to strike or grab a target.
Speed Force Conduit
Bree herself is a Speed-Force Conduit, A mysterious cosmic force that pushes time and space itself forward. As it does this the Speed Force creates excess energy that builds up and needs to be released, with Bree effectively being the release valve in this situation. When Bree uses this power she taps into this energy and expends it. The most direct us if this is manifested in her Superhuman Speed, allowing her body, mind and perception to accelerate to many times the speed of light. This ability can be used in a variety of creative ways with the real limit only being her own imagination and practice in how this energy is used. Naturally, this also enhances her reflexes and agility, as well as the energy itself giving her Superhuman Stamina to handle the stress of this speed for extended periods of time among other applications. When combined with her ability to control her size this culminates in an extremely versatile force to be reckoned with.
Superhuman Condition
Bree's base condition is far beyond any normal human, being capable of great feats of strength, endurance, agility, speed and more before tapping into her powers themselves. This also allows her a great degree of durability that benefits her well in her chosen career path.
Skills and GeneralSkillsBoxingOne of the few physical activities that were not running Bree has taken interest in. Self-Taught she has extensively studied a range of styles and conditioning training to augment her abilities within heroics.
TailorLacking a confidential tailor for the creation of her superhero costume, Bree was instead required to learn herself through trial and error. With a book full of potential designs she eventually learned enough to fashion her own costumes, complete with knowledge of how the various materials interact from not only a fashion perspective but also mechanically so in order to withstand the rough hero lifestyle.
Mental ResistanceWhile her mother in general dissuaded her attempts at power use, she did however put a particular focus on Mental training following her own poor experiences with such. Through such, she has strengthened her mind to resist outside influence and notice attempts at influencing her through such.
Pop Culture TriviaWith not much to do within her rural upbringing, Bree was one to engross herself in a good amount of pop culture media, usually several shows or series at a time at high speed. As a result she has gained a somewhat encyclopedic knowledge of a vast amount of fictional material and current goings on.

The materials were not entirely simple to come by leading to such taking a while to complete even for her.
- Suit: A unique polymer constructed and chemically treated to allow for rapid alterations to its dimensions without damage as well as provide a frictionless surface to withstand temperature fluctuations. A control element is installed within the forearm of the suit to control the inbuilt systems as well as a series of ball bearings, knife and wire held in a small compartment. She has created several alternate upper layers of various colours and has expressed interest in creating alternate versions.
- Boots: Similar to the upper suit the footwear has been installed with additional force absorption and distribution layer allowing for large weights to be placed upon them without excessive damage to the environment. The insulation is increased as well given the majority of expected temperature increases will originate from this area.
- Mask: Contains reactive lenses interwoven with nano circuitry to provide an interactive HUD, a concealed communications system, a voice modulator, a speaker system and several filters in places to aid auditory senses at high velocity within active environments.
Weapons
Bree appears to have put most of her efforts and personal funds into the costume itself at the detriment of any complex gadgetry or weapons. She does however carry a variety of steel ball bearings, steel wire, and a well-cared-for hunting knife secured into one of her boots.
