Hmm... Where to start..

Well heres a few pointers

• Eyes needs to be smaller, picture it to be more of an Almond shape than square.
• Shoulders needs to be a tad bit broader and the pits should be a bit lower.
• And depending on the age, the torso proportions and limbs proportion ratio changes...

Hmmm i remember there was a good art site that gives good tutorials on drawing figures both Western cartoon and Japanese Anime style. Try investing time on browsing on those sites

Remember, There is no such thing as a bad drawing!!
