Answered Are Hosted Projects still able to be created?

I've been gone from the role-playing scene for a while now but have been working on a game recently that I'd like to put into action and try out. However, it would lend itself better to a Hosted Project format than to a standard single-thread RP. Are Hosted Projects still available to be created? Is there a process to go through in order to create one, or has the option been erased entirely? I couldn't find anything on it, but like I said I haven't really been around recently so things have changed a bit since the last time I ran or even participated in a Hosted Project.

Any help or information would be appreciated, thanks!
