Answered Anything/anyone RP

Is there any RP where you can make your character just about anything? What I mean by that is that you can make one character a Pokemon trainer, and the other one a super Saiyan or a my little pony. Not that it has no rules or parameters, but for you to do and have *almost* anything in this RP. Does anything like that exist? And whether it does or doesn't, anyone reading this interested in one?

Thanks I’ll look out for them. Besides, I feel like the case may have been that the world or worlds haven't been as versatile as the character design. But it's only a guess.
