Based on this instructional video (might not be fully sfw due to the end). As for the rules basically every turn controlls either the white or black pieces and posts when that happens. Just about whatever you want is allowed but keep the straight up counters to what happend in the last post to minimum. Despite the white/black thing this isn't a competition and winning the chessgame simply starts a new one.
