Ezra Nam

Name
โ€œEzra Namโ€

Age
โ€œI will be turning thirty in five weeks. People donโ€™t tend to believe in my age, so I do like to confuse them from time to time.โ€

Hometown
โ€œIโ€™m originally from Esperance, Western Australia. My parents were farmhands and we lived pretty close to Cape Le Grandeโ€

Current City
โ€œI currently live in Perth, Western Australia.โ€

Occupation
โ€œI work at Royal Perth Hospital in the Emergency Department as an on-call doctor.โ€

Three adjectives that describe you
โ€œTrustworthyโ€ฆ uhโ€ฆ smart? And uhโ€ฆ surprising.โ€

Favorite Activities
โ€œI love swimming. In Esperance, we have the best beaches there. So, we swam basically every day after school and on the weekends. I also really enjoy reading and learning. Iโ€™m a logical thinker so Iโ€™m always looking at puzzles and how things work.โ€

Your favourite party trick?
"I can make a clover with my tongue? To be honest, it's probably not the best example of a party trick, is it? I do, however, make some pretty mean cocktails. I used to date a bar tender and she would teach me how to make different types of drinks"

What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the Big Brother house?
โ€œI think potentially living with other people and feeling like Iโ€™m doing nothing. I havenโ€™t lived with anyone else in a very long time. And working in the Emergency Department, I always feel like Iโ€™m on my feet through out the day. So, having to actually stop rushing around has always been a bit of a struggle for me personally.โ€

Do you have a strategy for winning the game?
โ€œHonestly, I donโ€™t really have any. Iโ€™d love to just take the time to experience life in the Big Brother house. I remember watching it in High School and being so obsessed with the contestants. And also, the privilege of having a platform to speak and to make some sort of difference in peopleโ€™s lives, you know?โ€

My lifeโ€™s motto isโ€ฆ
โ€œApril showers bring May flowersโ€

What would you take into the house and why?
โ€œI think just a collection of books. Like, brand new books Iโ€™ve never read before. Like I said before, I always struggle with not doing stuff constantly. But I find it really relaxing when I can sit down and read a book. I love learning new things and some new books would hit the nail on the head.โ€

What is your pet peeve?
โ€œPeople who complain a lot โ€“ which I think is funny because Iโ€™m a doctor and all people do all day, every day, is complain. Especially in the emergency department. But the complaining I hate is when people complain about things that they have the ability and power to change but are too lazy to do anything about itโ€

Are you an introvert or extrovert?
โ€œI feel like Iโ€™m extroverted. Whenever I feel lonely, I like to walk around the hospital (even if Iโ€™m not meant to be working) and meet up with some of my old patients who have moved wards. It pumps me up to talk to people and socialise.โ€

What would you do with the prize money?
โ€œOhโ€ฆ there is justโ€ฆ there is so much stuff I could buy with that money. But I think Iโ€™d like to uhโ€ฆ Put a lot of it into savings. Iโ€™d love to get married one day and have children soโ€ฆ Having that money saved would be a great investment in the futureโ€

Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?
โ€œWell, for starters, youโ€™ll always have a medic in the house unless Iโ€™m eliminated! And I think Iโ€™d bring something fresh into the house. Like I said, I love to learn. But I also love to teach others what Iโ€™m learning. I think would be great to have someone in the house who is willing to teach not just the other housemates but also for the viewers at home.โ€

What would you like people to call you?
- "i think catalina cola has a nice ring to it!"

And what is your current age?
- "i am just shy of my 28th birthday."

Okay so tell us, when would your 28th birthday be?
- "on a, hopefully, sunny day on the 9th of june."

Tell us about your hometown.
- "i grew up in a little city called ponce in puerto rico. i won't go further into it than that or i won't stop talking."

Where are you currently residing?
- "i recently moved to brisbane from california for an egotistical maniac. turns out australia is actually growing on me so i'm glad i didn't move across the world just for him."

What is your occupation?
- "i am actually a kindergarten teacher. i used to primarily teach spanish but i gravitated towards the younger kids."

In three words, how would you describe yourself?
- "this is always the worst question. okay...hmm...curvy, ambitious, wallflower."

What are some of your favorite activies?
- "i surprisingly love kickboxing, it has helped me a lot with focusing my inner self. i also enjoy popping my air pods in and dancing in my underwear."

What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the house with a group of strangers?
- "i haven't lived with another person since i moved away from home so that will be a challenge. i am a stickler about how things are kept in my house so if i find someones toothbrush left out on the sink we are going to have problems."

Okay, we have to know...what is your favorite party trick?
- "some things need to be left as a surprise, this is one of them."

Do you have a strategy for winning the game?
- "honestly, i have always been the last one picked because of my weight. so instead of going in self-conscious, i am going to just be the fun-loving person i know i am. i'm not going to let my weight continue to batter me."

What is your life motto?
- "Ano neuevo, vida nueva. it means new year, new life. my papi has instilled it into my brain since i was a little girl."

What would you take into the house and why?
- "flip flops, there is no way i am going barefoot in a shower where a group of strangers also goes barefoot in. the thought of that makes me wig out."

Everyone has them, so tell us...what is your pet peeve?
- "chewing with your mouth open. i swear on my papi that i will back slap any and every person in that house if they cannot chew a piece of food with their mouth closed. the whole house will easily see my latino side come out."

Would you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert?
- "i'm more introverted but not because i am shy but more so that i am cautious. i grew up needing a tough skin though i never had it. i'd give my shirt off my back to whoever needed it and that has burned me too many times to count."

What would you do with the prize money?
- "this may be selfish but i would do whatever i wanted to do with it. i've always been the giver and i'm ready to finally give to myself."

Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?
- "not to keep bringing up my weight, i promise i'm not one of those who complain about it all the time, but i feel like the heavier girls never get chosen for these types of shows. your typical beach body model is who gets chosen 9 times out of 10 and i want to stop those odds. i deserve to be in this house just as much as the prettiest woman in the world."

- "i moved to sydney a few years back to pursue a career in modeling but it didn't really work out."

Louis, stallion isn't an adjective.

What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the house with a group of strangers?
- "living inside the house with a group of people won't bother me. i have always lived in a large household. my parents ended up having eight other children excluding myself. the rowdier the better for me. the one thing that will screw things up for me is someone waking me up. i hate being woken up."

Okay, we have to know...what is your favorite party trick?

Please state your name
"Um, my name is Colleen Lim. You could try Coco or Leelee for nicknames, but I don't feel that those fit."

How old are you?

"Ahh, isn't this a question you aren't supposed to ask a woman?" insert nervous chuckle "I'm joking, I'm 36 years old."

When is your birthday?
"It's November 14th. You can do the math for the year."

Where are you from?
"Well, I moved from Keelung City in Taiwan when I was three, so I don't really consider it my 'hometown'. I grew up in San Francisco, California."

Where do you currently live?
"I live in Sydney. I moved here just after I got married."

What do you do for a living?
"Funny story, um, I work as an assistant in an architectural firm. I only just started, being back in the workforce has been an adjustment."

Could you give us three words to describe yourself?
"Compassionate, um...this is hard. Do these all have to be positive? No? Okay. Lost and weak willed... wait.. can I add 'sometimes funny'? You really should have let me know ahead of time. I'm terrible at this."

What are some of your favorite activities?
"I like being outside. I feel like I haven't done a lot of things for myself in a long time, so I'm still trying to figure out what I, myself like."

What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the Big Brother house?
"The obvious choice is not seeing my sons. I haven't left them since they were born. Also I'm a bit addicted to Instagram so not being able to check my feed will be terrible."

What's your favorite party trick?
"Party tricks.... let's see. Back in college I could chug a whole beer in like 15 seconds. I don't think I could do it now. I'd probably drown."

Do you have a strategy for winning the game?
"It's all about the viewer. I want to be as likable as possible."

What's your life motto?
"Let's be happy."

What would you take into the house and why?
"Within the rules? Pictures of my kids and the little letters they wrote me. They are just so cute. It would remind me why I'm doing this."

What is your pet peeve?
"Not putting your shoes in the cubbies I have specifically for them. Others not listening to me when I ask them to do something. You know those mouth noises people make? Yeah, I hate those. Oh, and those people who are mouth breathers when they sleep. I was married to one. It's not fun."

Are you an introvert or extrovert?
"I'd say more of an introvert. People are exhausting."

What would you do with the prize money?
"A lot of things. It feels like I'm starting over in my life. So probably put money towards a house. Part of me wants to move back to the US to be closer to my parents since they are getting to the age where they need more care. I just worry that my ex won't let me because of the boys."

Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?
"Every group needs a mom right? Aaannnddd.... I'm really dumb so like that's funny. Right?"

"We're done recording right? Am I, like, 'MILF' enough for this? Damn, I totally suck ass. Everyone is going to hate me. Oh, wait, the camera is still on. Hahaha... You can just cut it out right? You're not going to cut this?! Shit... You guys are brutal."

Ella Reed

OVERACHIEVING GOSSIPER

WHAT IS YOUR NAME PLEASE?
It's Ella Christiana Reed. But Ella's just fine.
HOW ABOUT YOUR AGE?

I'm 25. And half. *grin*
AND WHEN WERE YOU BORN?

October 13, 1994. I'm as Libra as they come.
CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

Well, haha, yeah, okay. My dad is British and my mom is from Slovakia. And we lived in New York for as long as I remember. So, I could say I'm a New Yorker with a vivid heritage.
DO YOU ALSO LIVE THERE?

No, not now. After I finished college, I moved to Adelaide.
HOW ABOUT WORK? WHAT DO YOU DO FOR LIVING?

Currently, I'm an associate in a law firm. Though I'm hoping to be so much more in a year or so. Don't get me wrong, I love my job but, you know...associate? Naah. I'm hoping to make at least a junior partner in that year.

IF YOU HAD TO DESCRIBE YOURSELF WITH THREE WORDS, WHAT WOULD THOSE BE?

Ambitious, chatty, determined...or confident? No, determined works better here. Definitely that.
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE ACTIVITIES?

I love hanginoug out with people, doing literally anything, just going for a drink, dancing, playing games, road tripping...I love staying active but also just some plain old chatting is fine with me. But I do need silence sometimes, then I just curl with a book and coffee and enjoy a few lines.
WHAT WILL BE THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF LIVING IN THE HOUSE?

Definitely being away from my family and friends. I see them every day, whether we meet or we chat via Skype or anything, but I'm going to miss doing that a lot.
ANY FAVORITE PARTY TRICK?

Well, not sure if this is a trick but, you know, like when you're doing shots and stuff, I love shot contests, I used to do a lot of them back at college and even won a few, si...I can down at least 15 tequila shots in a row...and live to tell about it the next day. *laughs*

WHAT IS YOUR STRATEGY FOR WINNING THE GAME?

I don't think I have one. I simply know I wanna win and as I said, I'm pretty determined so once I set my mind on something, I wanna have it. But also, I believe in power of information so maybe...yeah, let's see what happens in that house, shall we? *winks*
WHAT IS YOUR LIFE MOTTO?

Work until you no longer have to introduce yourself.
WHAT WOULD YOU TAKE INTO THE HOUSE AND WHY?
This is probably what everyone would say but definitely pictures of my family and friends. They are the ones I'm gonna miss the most so I would want to have them close all the time.
WHAT IS YOUR PET PEEVE?

Oh my god...I hate when people just can't close their mouth when eating! Or those disgusting sounds while chewing, fuming and all. Just...eat like a human, please!
ARE YOU AN INTROVERT OR EXTROVERT?

Absolutely extrovert!
WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH THE PRIZE MONEY?

Hmm, I would absolutely buy myself my own place so I wouldn't have to pay rent to other people. Something nice, probably a penthouse. And I would totally go on holiday, somewhere warm, exotic, you know, beaches, hot guys, colorful drinks, that clichรฉ. And I would enjoy it to the fullest. I would also return some money to my parents, for everything they did for me...aaaand, wow, hard question! The rest would prolly go into a savings account.
WHY DO YOU THINK YOU SHOULD BE IN BIG BROTHER HOUSE?

You know how they say there's always that one pretty girl...well, hey, nice to meet you. *winks and smirks* But don't be mistaken, I am so much more than that. I'm packing it all, looks and brains. And I think I am pretty funny as well. What can I say? You have a full package here.

kristina ivanova
What's your name?

"Well my full name is Kristina Magdalene Schevchenko-Ivanova but that can be a bit of a mouthful so I just go by Kristina Ivanova. Kris is fine too."

And how old are you?

"I'm twenty-one."

When were you born?

"Late October. On the 30th, if you want specifics. Just one day short of Halloween."

Where's your hometown?

"Well I was born and raised in Australia but my family's originally from Ukraine."

And where do you currently live?

"I recently moved to Sydney."

What do you do for a living?

"I would have thought that was already obvious but sure, I'll humour you. I'm a model."

flirty

fiery

fun
What are some of your favourite activities?

"Swimming for sure. Surfing too. Anything to do with the beach, honestly. I grew up beside it so I just feel at home by the sea. Other than that, I can't say no to a good party. There's plenty of activities to indulge in at a party."

The most difficult part about living inside the house?

"I'm not sure. I've always grown up with lots of people around โ€” I have like, five brothers โ€” so i'm pretty adaptable at this point. It only becomes difficult if other people make it difficult, and I've never really been one to back down without a fight."

Your favourite party trick?

"Oh definitely keg stands. I'm like, really good at it."

Do you have a strategy for winning the game?

"Charm my way through. Isn't that how everything in life is done? I wouldn't say it's a strategy, really, but it's what I'm going to be doing either way. Can't really help it."

Know your worth.
Take no shit.

motw_vika09.png
headshot
What would you take into the house and why?

"My charm bracelet, for sure. It's got seven little stars on it, to represent each member of my immediate family. I think of it as a lucky charm, of sorts."

What is a pet peeve of yours?

"Passive aggressive behaviour. If you've got something to say to me, just say it."

Are you an introvert or an extrovert?

"Extrovert all the way."

What would you do with the prize money?

"I'd love to help my family move into a bigger house. It's been a struggle our entire lives since we were seven people cramped into a small apartment. A lot of us have moved out, but I'd still like to give that to my parents, as a thank you."

Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?

"I think I could bring a bit of comic relief to some of the harder times. Plus, I know for a fact that I can bring some life to the party. It's going to be one hell of a time, that's for sure."

robert becker
What's your name?

"Robert Becker, but most people just call me Robbie."

And how old are you?

"I'm thirty-two."

When were you born?

"The first day in February."

Where's your hometown?

"London, though I wasn't born there. Truthfully, I've got roots all over the place. Germany, Ireland, Amsterdam. It's hard to narrow down."

And where do you currently live?

"I've got a place in Brisbane at the moment. It's more like a writing retreat for me, but the rest of my family's in Perth."

What do you do for a living?

"I dabbled in a little software development during my early years. Okay, more than a little... but at the moment I'm interested in writing. I published a book last year and I'm working on another one."

artistic

adventurous

ambitious
What are some of your favourite activities?

"I love to read and write. Painting has always held my interest, though I don't think I'm very good at it. I used to dabble in some coding, but I'm trying to expand my horizons and explore other activities that interest me."

The most difficult part about living inside the house?

"Probably cooperating with everyone. I usually abstain from conflict but a house full of strangers is bound to have some drama and rifts. I don't consider myself a peacemaker but I do know that I'm not going to get along with everyone."

Your favourite party trick?

"Oh, I know some great card tricks. Close-up magic was something I practised years ago when I thought it was fun. Some of those card tricks are hard to forget."

Do you have a strategy for winning the game?

"Observe and react. Doesn't do well to act impulsively all the time, and I'm hoping that by analysing situations, I'll be able to determine what my next move should be. I know, it's a boring way to go about things, but my decisions don't always have to lean toward the safe side of things. I can definitely leave my comfort zone to get ahead."

Grow through what
you go through.

DuIf2tCWsAA8wrG.jpg
headshot
What would you take into the house and why?

"My favourite sweater. I love sweaters. I have a whole closet dedicated to them. I can't bring all of them, so I'll just bring my favourite. It'll probably make me feel less homesick."

What is a pet peeve of yours?

"Ugh, when people chew loudly. I hate that."

Are you an introvert or an extrovert?

"Most people think I'm an introvert, but I mean, I do enjoy spending time outdoors. I guess it depends on who I'm with, y'know? I can explore a slightly more energetic and confident side of myself around people I'm comfortable with."

What would you do with the prize money?

"Uh... that's a tough question. I think I'd donate it to charity. I'm not here for the money. I'm here for the experience, and hopefully it'll inspire me to write another book."

Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?

"I think I can bring a few different elements to the table. Not always exciting elements, but things don't need to be a party 24x7, y'know? There's more to life than that."

"Ayokunle Okafor. Yeah, say that 10 times fast. It's a mouthful, just call me Lee."

How old are you?
"I am 25"

When is your birthday?
"July 27th, you guys are asking all the exciting question first."

Where are you from?
"Accra, Ghana is where I was born and raised. I still visit often."

Where do you currently live?
"Brisbane, I went to college there and fell in love."

What do you do for a living?
"I'm a business consultant right now, but I've been developing my own web-based company for about two years now."

Could you give us three words to describe yourself?
"Bold, charismatic, and direct. Some people would call me rash and impatient, but I think they're just jealous."

What are some of your favorite activities?
"Oh tons. I studied software engineering so I love to make new programs. I've made a couple apps, none that really took off, but I'm hoping my new passion project will fair better. I also like to go out and have fun. I'm not sure if it counts as an activity for you guys, but drinking is one of my favorite past times."

What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the Big Brother house?
"As much as I hate being alone, the people. I've got a strong personality and I love to be in charge, so if anyone has a problem with that I can see some conflict. I'm sure I'll come out on top though. I always do."

What's your favorite party trick?
"I did gymnastics when I was younger so I can do backflips and stuff like that. Everyone seems to love it. Especially the ladies."

Do you have a strategy for winning the game?
"Take charge and make the game go my way. If I can manipulate the situation in my favor, then I'll have this in the bag."

What's your life motto?
"Second place is the first looser, and I don't loose."

What would you take into the house and why?
"My drink mix kit? That thing is sweet. Wait... Are we allowed to drink?"

What is your pet peeve?
"Ignorance. People who think they know what they're doing but they're actually just in the way. Also, when people fold the edges of the page for a bookmark. Those people are monsters."

Are you an introvert or extrovert?
"Extrovert for sure."

What would you do with the prize money?
"I want to bring my parents here and use the rest to fund my business."

Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?
"Who else is going to take charge and keep things moving? Plus, I can be a real fun guy when I want to be."

- โ€œIโ€™m 29.โ€

When were you born?:
- โ€œOn April 23rd, my zodiac sign is Taurus.โ€
Where were you born?:
- โ€œI was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria.โ€
Are you still living there?:
- โ€œNo, I decided to move to Adelaide about a year ago for better job opportunities. Iโ€™m still a little homesick though.โ€
What do you do for a living?:
- โ€œIโ€™m a freelance art director. Instead of being under the thumb of one company I only get in, do my job, and get out.โ€

Three adjectives that describe you:
- โ€œOnly three? Well Iโ€™d have to say dedicated, creative & sensual.โ€
Favorite Activities:
- โ€œI have so many to choose from, Iโ€™ll keep it short and sweet. When I have the time I enjoy cooking and yoga, along with writing in my journal, painting & photography.โ€

What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the Big Brother house?
- โ€ To be perfectly honest I think that thereโ€™s going to be more than one problem. As an only child Iโ€™ve never had to share a living space with so many people and Iโ€™ve been told that I can come off as distant or stuck up....this will definitely take some getting used to. Iโ€™m also a bit of a neat freak so I canโ€™t stand messes or things is disarray.
Your favourite party trick?:
- โ€œIโ€˜m double jointed, I love to see the looks on othersโ€™ faces when I show them and not to mention it helps with yoga.โ€
Do you have a strategy for winning the game?:
- โ€œI think the best way for me to win would be to lay low at the beginning and keep my cards close to my chance. This game is long so it would make no sense to show your hand at the start.โ€
My lifeโ€™s motto isโ€ฆ:
- โ€œSometimes you win, sometimes you learn.โ€
What would you take into the house and why?:
- โ€œ
My camera, my paint supplies or my journal. They really help me when I need to take a moment to relax or when I need to gather my thoughts. And Iโ€™m sure there will be amazing things to see and write about, itโ€™s a shame I wouldnโ€™t be able to capture them.โ€
What is your pet peeve?:
- โ€œI have a few. I donโ€™t like when people donโ€™t clean up after themselves and leave their trash lying around. Also when people are too loud and try to talk over one another.โ€
Are you an introvert or extrovert?:
- โ€œMaybe a mix of both, I value my personal space but I donโ€™t mind socializing with others if I need too.
What would you do with the prize money?:
- โ€œI plan on expanding my studio with some of it and donating the rest of it to schools in Nigeria.โ€
Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?:
- โ€œWhile Iโ€™m sure people will enjoy whatever drama comes up with this show, Iโ€™m sure theyโ€™ll also appreciate someone more level-headed and honest.โ€

Tyler Xia

Be wary of boys with silver tongues and pretty eyes who say they're not the same.

"So, what's your name?"
Officially, it's Xia Ze Tian. But since it's too, y'know, Asian to pronounce correctly for a lot of people, I usually go by Tyler.

"How old are you?"
Entered a new decade of my life last year. Guess which?

"I'm guessing the second decade."
Yeah? Thanks. You're a bad liar but thank you. Unfortunately, it's the third.

"So, when did you enter that new decade?"
You mean my birthday? 7th November.

"Where are you from, Tyler?"
A small town in Brisbane, actually, but I mostly grew up in, uh, America. New York. Only came back a year ago.

"What do you do for a living?
I used to be in asset management. Wall Street and all that jazz. But I felt like I made enough money and bad experiences, so I quit. Now I'm working with a small FinTech startup to, y'know, help them get off the floor and everything.

"What are three words you'd use to describe yourself?"
Mmm...cool? No, just kidding. Relaxed, I think, would be accurate. I also tend to be pretty perceptive and, uh, usually I'm quite steady, I don't get affected by much.

"Any favorite hobbies?"
I used to be really into racing. I'm not saying I used to drive in those slightly-illegal street races but they're as fun as they look. Mountain-climbing is fun, too, if you do it occasionally. Basically anything involving some thrill and nice scenery will do it for me. Oh, but I also like to read. I hadn't read novels in a long time before I came back from New York so I've been getting really into those, lately. Anything from romance to mystery works for me, as long as it's interesting.

"What about a favorite party trick?"
Party trick? Uh... wow, I'm not sure I have any. I can hold my liquor really well? But it's not even like, shots. I'm not great at those. It's just that my limit before drunkenness is like a normal person's pass-out-in-their-own-vomit limit... which is useless because I almost never drink that much, but, well. Let's count it as an after-party trick. I can show up perfectly fine when everyone else is dying of a hangover.

"Interesting. So, tell us, what do you think will be the most difficult thing about living in the Big Brother house?"
I like to keep my house clean and organized. It's not like I'm obsessed with everything being perfect or anything, but I'm quite sensitive to dust and I just don't like being in a messy or cluttered space for long. So, hopefully everybody else can agree with me on that or I'll have great times cleaning a huge-ass house alone.

"I see...say, do you have a strategy for winning the game?"
I think I'd be able to complete most tasks pretty well? Unless it's something totally out of left field, I'm sure I can figure it out. Also, I'm pretty eloquent, or so people have said, and I got pretty good at persuading people from my job. So, I guess my plan is to smooth-talk my way through this? Does that even make sense? No? Well, I'm here hoping to have fun, anyway, so I'm not going to be too intense about it... or so I say, but I have a competitive streak, so we'll see.

"What's your life's motto?"
I learnt after doing the exact opposite for years that sometimes, you need to relax, take a step back and look at the big picture.

"What would you take into the house?"
I'd love to take my dog but I don't think that's allowed, sadly. Even a Rubik's cube is probably not gonna pass. So, honestly, just my clothes. I'm sure they'll keep us occupied, anyway.

"Do you have any pet peeves?"
Walking around the house when you're wet. I used to share a condominium with a couple roommates and one guy would always just walk in after swimming downstairs. Drove me crazy. I still don't get why... maybe he thought he was hot or something. Also, I don't like people who get overly aggressive or blatantly disrespectful in arguments. I think disagreements are natural but there's a clear line you shouldn't cross with words unless you're ready for non-verbal retaliation.

"Would you say you're an extrovert or introvert?"
I'd say I'm more extroverted than otherwise. I'm not the loudest or most talkative person but I don't shy from social interaction.

"What would you do with the prize money, if you were to win?"
I'll gift it to my mom and dad, maybe help them put it into a retirement fund or trust fund for my nephew. I might have had other uses for it but, well, they're not on my clock anymore, so.

"I see... and, last but not least, why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?"
I... have no idea. Honestly, I'm still rather surprised I got through, all things in consideration. But I'm typically very diplomatic and I'd like to think I'm good at understanding people, so I'd be good to have around in times of conflict. Also, like I mentioned, I can do well at tasks. Whether it's fitness-based or more toward the puzzle side, I'll be at the very least passable. The only thing I'm a master of is finance but I have confidence in being a jack of other trades if the situation calls for it.

Please state your name
"Jay Smith works for me, I'd prefer JJ actually."

How old are you?
"19, almost 20. I'd rather keep that between us though if that's alright."

When is your birthday?
"August 12th, It's funny because my due date also on the 12th, so baby and I might be date twins."

Where are you from?
"I was born and raised in a suburb outside of Gold Coast, Australia."

Where do you currently live?
"I'm still trying to figure that out. Well, sort of. Don't...read into that."

What do you do for a living?
"I work two jobs, or three depending on your view. My day job is being a waitress, but my real focus is on music. I try to play a few gigs a week. I've started to gain a following on social Media so I'm considering going full influencer some time in the near future. Follow me on Instagram and Twitter, I'm @It'sJustJJ! I also do YouTube, like covers and music stuff, just search JJ Smith, you'll find me."

Could you give us three words to describe yourself?
"Passionate, creative, and gentle. I think those suit me pretty well. I try to be likable. You don't get a good and loyal fan base without some sort of positive personality. I mean you can, but that's not what I want to be idolized for."

What are some of your favorite activities?
"I would say being outside, but that would be a lie. I mostly just have an obsession with house plants. I also like song writing, playing guitar, and singing. It's really my true passion in life. It's a thing I used to do with my dad before he passed, it makes me feel closer to him."

We're sorry to hear that.
"It's okay, it happened a long time ago."

What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the Big Brother house?
"Probably the fact that I'm very pregnant, but that's uncomfortable no matter where I am. I think a lot of people would judge me for risking having my baby in a house full of strangers instead of a hospital. But it's my life, so I can choose how and where I give birth. I honestly think It would be my choice even if it sounds crazy. Hospitals are not my favorite and I'd be with a room full of strangers anyway. I would have preferred a home birth and this would give me that option."

What's your favorite party trick?
"Party trick? Hmm. That's a hard one. I guess my karaoke skills. I love karaoke! I'm not much of a party girl, so I don't have much experience."

Do you have a strategy for winning the game?
"Not really. I'm mostly just looking for publicity. I'm hoping people will be intrigued enough in my life to follow me, or, at the very best, someone will look into my music and believe in me. Winning is just a bonus. Sure the pot prize is great, but I'm looking more long term. Do you know how fast I'd blow through that? If this can help me get a better pay check, it's totally worth it. Plus I don't really have many places to go right now, so it's not like I'm sacrificing much."

What's your life motto?
"'We may encounter many defeats but we must not be defeated.' I read it once somewhere and it just struck a chord with me. I've had a lot of things that could have cut me down, but I can't let that happen. Especially since it's not just me anymore."

What would you take into the house and why?
"My guitar and lyric book. As well as all the baby stuff I've stock piled. I don't have a lot, but all the outfits I do have are so cute! It's always good to be prepared, y'know?"

What is your pet peeve?
"Not using a coaster. It must be something that is deeply ingrained from my mom's scoldings. I cannot stand to see a cold drink on a wooden surface without something underneath it. Call it weird if you'd like, but it's a thing. A very new pet peeve of mine is just random strangers coming up to me and either trying to touch me or giving me parenting advice. Me being pregnant does not give you the right to be a creep. Just saying."

Are you an introvert or extrovert?
"I guess introvert. I say that hesitantly because I like people and I'm not shy like people expect introverts to be, I just like time by myself too. I need it to decompress."

What would you do with the prize money?
"Get myself a new place with a nice nursery. That's really just a pipe dream thought, I don't expect to win."

Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?
"Think about all the people you'd get to watch if I actually went into labor on air. It's a win-win situation."

Drew Anderson

Getting high and having fun; just kids losing their minds.

"So, what's your name?"
Drew. Drew Anderson.

"How old are you?"
I'm eighteen. Well, closer to nineteen, though. I guess.

"Oh? When's your birthday?"
20th August.

"Where are you from, Drew?"
I'm from the Gold Coast.

"You're still living there?"
...Yeah. Yeah, I am. But I... I mean, uh, not anymore when this thing starts, I guess.

"What do you do for a living?
I'm taking a gap year now before I fly off to the UK for college. Or, at least, that was the plan until awhile ago. I...I guess it's still the plan? Yeah, whatever, med school's the plan.

"Med school?"
Yeah. Don't look so shocked. I'm a good student.

"What about your social media?"
Oh! That. Yeah, I mean, I have a bunch of followers on Instagram. Recently got more into YouTube because of my friends. I do make money off that but... does that count as a job? I know we act like it does but... I dunno.

"Say, Drew, what are three words you'd use to describe yourself?
Oof, man, I hate this kind of question. I don't, like, know myself very well. I guess... cautious? Resourceful? And... uh, quiet. You look surprised again. I'm usually super quiet, I swear. Can't be energetic for f-...I mean, to save my life.

"I see...any favorite hobbies?"
I used to play chess competitively, so, that. I guess. It's nerdy as fu- heck. Wait, can I curse on this show?

"Sure, you can."
Oh, nice. Anyway, yeah, chess. And volleyball? I mean, I play it often with friends... Oh! I sometimes do sculpting, though, especially with the more unusual materials. Paper clips, mesh wire, things like that. It's weird, huh? I dunno. I like it, though.

"What about a favorite party trick?"
I mean I have photographic memory. If you flashed like a receipt or something in front of my face for a couple seconds, I could probably recite it. Don't know if that's a party trick but somehow people get really excited about it, so.

"Interesting. So, tell us, what do you think will be the most difficult thing about living in the Big Brother house?"
Being cut off from the internet. I give myself maybe three days before I get really paranoid about not checking my social media. Also, I'm guessing most people there are gonna be like... real adults, you know? Much older than me and more... I don't know, mature? That's not the word I want but whatever. Anyway, I can see myself having a harder time, like, communicating with the group than others.

"I see...say, do you have a strategy for winning the game?"
I mean, I'm pretty confident in having enough voters on my side to, like, save my life. Otherwise, I guess I'll just make myself useful during tasks and also hopefully make & keep a few allies I can really rely on. I think I'm lowkey enough not to seem like competition but, like, sufficiently sociable not to be a complete outcast... if I try hard enough.

"What's your life's motto?"
I've, like, barely really started on my life, but... Uh, currently, I'm trying really hard to follow through with the idea of "Be Yourself", though, and not letting anyone control my actions or persona. It's...well, honestly, not going great. But a motto is what you aspire toward, right? So, yeah.

"What would you take into the house?"
The question is what can I take into the house. I read the rules and, like, damn guys. I guess I'll bring along a bunch of stuff for sculpting; I've been wanting to try something with candy wrappers for a while now.

"Do you have any pet peeves?"
Dishes piling up in the sink and the people who leave them there. Like, other chores, I can understand, you know? But, damn, don't make others clean a plate of your saliva. On a more, like, philosophical note: bigots. The loud kind. People who're too stupid to even explain, like, the ones who're so convinced they're correct that all evidence showing otherwise must be "fake news" or "government manipulation". You get my drift?

"Would you say you're an extrovert or introvert?"
I'm a bit of both. Introvert by nature, I guess. I find having to talk to people almost draining, sometimes. But I've gotten so used to being fake-outgoing that it just, like, comes to me now.

"What would you do with the prize money, if you were to win?"
Well, I kind of really need it, actually. To pay tuition fees for my further studies. I managed to get a partial scholarship, which is really helpful, but the remainder is still not small, so.

"Can't you use your earnings?"
It's not enough, considering I also have bills and rent and everything. Up until recently, I've given my earnings to my parents for "safekeeping". But...uh, well, they kind of... we just don't get on now. So, I really doubt I'm getting that money back unless I escalate it to, like, legal action or something. And I'll feel terrible doing that, so. Yeah. I'm kinda in a sticky situation now that the money will help solve by a lot.

"I see... and, last but not least, why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house?"
I mean, I have fans, so, I could pull in viewership? But that's not the kind of answer you want, yeah? I mean, if nothing else, I'm young and have a pretty good head on my shoulders, I think, so I'd be a helpful addition in completing missions. Oh, I can cook well, too. Not, like, chef-level but I'm good at it.

Birthday: "I was born on December 30th"
Hometown: "I grew up in Brisbane and lived there until I move out for college"
Current City: I moved to Melbourne for college and I have been living here since then"
Occupation: "I work as a landscape photographer, from city pictures to fields I have sure taken a photo of it"
Three adjectives that describe you: "I think most people describe me as reliable, trustworthy and patient
Favorite Activities "There's quite a few things that I like I believe my favorites are traveling and camping, but I'm also fond of going to art galleries"
What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the Big Brother house? Having to live with other people, I'm not saying I hate being around others but is not the same when you share a house with a least 3 to 4 people that when you have 12 strangers living with you and also losing that sense of privacy that someone is used to"
Your favourite party trick? "I'm really good at card tricks, I guess when someone is drunk they get more impressed and believe I'm some kind of magician"
Do you have a strategy for winning the game? Not really, I want to stay true to myself and show the other members in the house and the viewers who I really am, I don't want to pretend I'm someone just to be liked. I believe that honesty is the best policy and I'm going with a mindset of being 100% honest with who I am"
My lifeโ€™s motto isโ€ฆ "There's happiness in even the smallest things"
What would you take into the house and why? "I would love to take my camera but I guess that's against the rules so probably a deck of cards so I have something to distract myself when I get bored and photos of my friends and family.
What is your pet peeve? When someone is being obnoxious, I'm really a patient person, but when someone starts bragging about all the things they have or have done is when my patience starts getting tested, we get it you have a luxurious car not need to say it like 100 times"
Are you an introvert or extrovert? "I think I'm a mix of both, I guess depends on the occasion and the mood I am, I like getting to know new people but not to the point that I would jump at them to introduce myself and sometimes I just want to be on my own and do my own thing"
What would you do with the prize money? "I would use it for traveling, there's places that I haven't visit and I would love to take some pictures of it, Ii would also use it to open my first gallery and show all my pictures"
Why do you think you should be in the Big Brother house? "I think I can bring some sense of rationality to the house, I'm not saying I'm the smartest one but I guess I can work as moderator if things get too hectic inside the house which probably is going to happen with strangers living together"

"Messy places, I just don't like seeing dirty dishes on the sink or a messy bed, I like keeping thing clean I believe it makes you feel better not seeing your place being a mess, I'll try to not crazy since I'll be living with complete strangers and is not really my house to tell them what rules they should follow"
