  Distinct features: Su-min is generally said to possess a level of beauty far above the average—the only thing she has going for her in the eyes of society. It's what landed her the jobs as maid and restaurant hostess. When scolding her, her employers would often say something along the lines of, "I pay you to smile and look pretty, not—" It gets dull after the first ten times, really.

  Su-min acts very cheerful and optimistic, even when she doesn't feel like it. "Fake it 'til you make it," they say.
