So far it's not a heavily episodic series like some others may be, so yeah, you do need to watch it chronologically. Start at season 1, episode 1 and just... watch it.
Yeah, basically.
There are... interesting individuals out there in the world, and it doesn't matter what series you enjoy, it's going to attract some of those weirdos. Every fandom has sketchy parts to it. It'd be sad to write off a good series just because of the fans - who the creator of the...
I wouldn't consider BnHA a guilty pleasure! I mean, of course that's how you feel about it and that's fine, but it's a good series imo. Maybe not phenomenal, but good. Just because a fandom is trashy doesn't mean that the source material is.
I mean, yeah - all the rabid shippers and weird...
I mean... you're right, lol. But things can mean something different to everybody. Maybe one series speaks to someone in a way that another person will never understand.
I know it'd make me sad if I saw someone bashing a series that I love with all my soul, buuuut at the end of the day I know...
it is awesome, but I'm pretty sure the conversation is about live action remakes (such as Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, etc), and also like... I dunno, live action stuff that shouldn't even exist. Like Sonic. Or Dora. :')
I agree, I think it's a good idea for ecchi anime to have very obviously ecchi scenes early on. Just me personally - I can't stand ecchi, so it's nice to know within the first few minutes of a show that I should avoid it if it isn't to my taste.
Dunno if any of that made sense...
And to each...
Uh let's see...
Been watching The Disastrous Life of Saiki. It's a pretty hilarious parody of basically every anime trope ever.
I tried starting Jojo since I've heard everyone talk about how great it is... but so far I'm 4 episodes in and not super into it tbh
I'm also rewatching some I Love...
Pffff totally doesn't have to be a guilty pleasure! That show is absolutely hilarious - a fantastic parody of typical shoujo tropes and reverse harem tropes and such. It's pure gold. One of the only shoujo series I actually enjoy.
Huh, okay. I confess I haven't seen those ones yet (except I think I saw Iron Man 2 a while ago), since I'm suuuuuper behind on Marvel movies, but I've met people who love those ones
The manga causes me so much emotional pain. It’s making me deeply concerned for the characters and their possibility of a happy ending. :’)
Yes, and I love Yato a lot! He goes through so much and has such a horrendous past - and yet he tries his best to improve himself. The comedy in that...
I'm gonna be cliche and say Spirited Away like a lot of other people have. It's got such a fascinating atmosphere and characters.
But honestly? I love Howl's Moving Castle... a lot. I can't explain it. Something about that movie speaks to me. I adore the music too - it never fails to make me a...
