As far as I'm aware, I've only taken the scrolls on the desk and placed them in my bag and nothing else. Is the scroll on the wall the eleventh one? If so then Phectty doesn't know about it. Also, did Phectty just grab the beaker-loaded countertop and place it in the bag absentmindedly? As for...

I do think the dice hate me right now but I can spin it into Phectty being too preoccupied with putting the scrolls into his bag to notice much.

I also have come up with a way to explain why Phectty could do that. That being that he knows about the hinges. Maybe he or another member of his family sold them hence why he can open them? After all, his farther is a smith so maybe his farther made those hinges?

So if I do the roll I do so with advantage and not use a potion of healing to do it? I did interpret it right?

I just came up with a stupid idea. What if I used a Potion Of Healing (I have 3 of the suckers) to oil the hinges?
