Try out softer features. The noses could be a bit rounder, and the jawlines could be smoother. Thinner eyebrows might also help. Other than that, I really like your style of drawing. It sure as hell beats mine, and I'd kill to have skill like that! :D Oh, and I hope these tips were useful!
