I've just thought of one more question. Are variant rules allowed? For example you have normal Humans that have +1 to all stats or the Variant Human that has +1 to two stats, an extra skill proficiency and an extra feat.

I just looked at the druid's starting gear and the second part of it has a scimitar as part of it. It's in the PHB page 66. Very interesting.

One more question, are Variant Humans allowed?

I could go as a druid but I just need to figure out how they play. I do believe druids don't use anything metal right?
