By situation I meant the context the weapons you listed are used. If you bring a rapier against a heavy armored soldier then yes, you may wanna pick a different weapon, but if the rp is about duelling then it's as a good a choice as any. Plus in all honesty you made a list of very common...

Some people in this thread talk like either you make your characters overpowered edgy powers OR you are ocd realistic. But hey, many roleplayers actually enjoy giving their characters cool looking powers without making them destroy a city everytime they sneeze.

If you ignore the whole situation the way you are, then basically any weapon/power can become useless.

I think it would fall in all three categories, so it would be up to you where to post it. I personally would post it in fantasy, but I think it would fit the others as well. (Also, category is spelled without an 'h' x3)

I can totally see the usefulness of shock ammo, but the thing is, I'm kinda ocd when it comes to my character's themes ^^', it's weird I know. However multiple ammo types isn't a bad idea, maybe soaking ammo, cryo ammo and psychic empowered ammo.

Sounds pretty cool! No shock ammo though, maybe some sort of soaking ammo, since he can manipulate water but not create it?
