I'm down for doing DBZ. I wouldn't do any of the CC's justice, so I'd rather be an OC. I don't mind which CC you are, unless you want me to pick a specific one.

I'm down for One Piece, though I'd need a few days to come up with a full character. I have an OC I like to use, but obviously I have to fine tune them per RP.
