Ah, that's a nice idea. I'll have to give that a shot. I've been trying to turn to herbal tea to make a difference, but I can't exactly say it's been doing anything aside from tasting good.

Have you tried white noise? ASMR? I think the latter is silly but hey, I know it works for a fair amount of people.
