I started playing Warframe again after taking a break for a couple months and I've been enjoying myself. I'm really just wondering who plays Warframe and what platform you play on and what Warframes do you have.

Persona is a spin off from the Shin Megami Tensei series. Hardcore SMT fans hate Persona 3, 4 and 5 for multiple reasons. That's why the guy said play a real Shin Megami Tensei game.

For the Mainstream SMT games start off on Nocturne or IV.

I love Devil Survivor. There is a remake on 3DS called Devil Survivor: Overclocked

If you can, get a DS emulator(works literally on any device) and try it out. The game takes place after Nocturne and you play as a space marine. The dungeon crawling is the same as the old Shin Megami Tensei games. There are making a sequel to this game soon as well.
