Coming from us admins, We don’t know if any of the powers would be allowed. They all seem very overpowered. But if you can somehow nerf them we can see if the character could be allowed.

Uh... dude.. as being the leader of the resistance, we have no reason to spy on Utopia. They are literally no use to us in any way.

I think the leader of utopia will not allow a dinosaur into its town since it doesn’t allow soldiers. But just wait for Gelatinous’s opinion on it.
