Yes, the basic ones, IC RPing, Overview, OOC Chat and Character Sign Up should be there. After you make it you can request new tabs, such as Lore, and Q&A, by clicking the Request New Tabs tab and going through the fairly simple process there.

Go to the forum page and scroll down and click the link titled 'Fantasy'. Scroll down a bit more on this new page until you see a blue box on the right side titled 'Post New Thread'. If you need more help from there, say something.
