Before I go about making a character and filling out a sheet, is there going to be any information coming soon about the world and its countries or about the magic system in this RP? Could be helpful in trying to figure out what kind of character to make.

I could dig it. You have room in lore for something equivalent to FE's wyvern rider class? I'd love to write a dragon rider, but if not, I can just do a paladin-esque thing instead.

What kind of character would you need to fill that role? Is he/she basically just the head of the royal bodyguards or do they have more responsibilities than that?

First, I have to disappoint you and say I'm not really interested in RPing this story. I only posted because I recognized the source material and wanted to point it out. Robin Hobb already wrote the story you're proposing, and she did it far better than I could ever hope to. I'd be uncomfortable...

Her most recent trilogy, which ended the Fitz story as well as ties a lot of the dangling threads from other Realm of the Elderlings storylines, has a feeling of finality about it, but I really need in my life another set of stories about what happens to Bee next. Must protecc innocent child.

I suspect this should probably be in fandom since this is apparently based entirely on Robin Hobb's excellent Rainwild Chronicles series (wonderful books, by the way, which everyone should read, though Assassin's Apprentice and the other Fitz/Fool books will always be my favorites of hers).

Hi. I was in the first part of this RP. I posted updated versions of my characters from the first part in the new CS (except Sam; she's new!) because I was told I could do that now even though it says no new posts yet. Just putting that out there so no one gets confused.

I don't know much about elder scrolls magic. In any case, Im leaning toward either a mage with weather manipulating magic or, alternatively, one that specializes in healing. I see the "skills" section in the CS. What kinds of things would skills be? Like, what specific spells a mage knows...

I may be interested in this. I'm thinking about a possible human mage character. What kind of magic system does this world have? What are my potential abilities and limitations?

For now, I'll just make one. I don't know yet if he should be follower or adviser. I lean toward follower, as I think this character will be relatively young as this race goes, but that could change when I sit down and write the CS.
