Mistborn are naturally frail compared to regular people, but no, they won't develop diseases or inflammation of the joints, however, if they had such issues pre-infection, they might have such issues post infection. I forgot to add that there's a "Fallout Ghoul" like race that was not featured...

Yes, Mistborn are very old, many being born before the war, but they don't typically physically age past 40, so many retain that appearance unless they were infected while they were old, in which case they will look older than regular Mistborn.
