Sure. Just put his "Kaiju Transformation" under Powers/Abilities as a [3] slot ability. It would be recommended that you also make a sheet for his kaiju form as well (barring the history if it has been already mentioned the person's sheet).

@Twist - I'm loving this guy already! Will have to discuss on the mechanics situation first; or see when it will be applicable. Also the OCC and CS Threads are finally up! All approved characters may hop into the CS thread...
