I don't know why. That's all they've said. I've elected not to know the plot despite technically being a mod. I was made a mod to keep people posting once a plot starts and play minor npcs. As for the orphan, until the real mods give the go ahead and post that children of OCs are allowed please...

There is also the part where vacuo is off limits for plot reasons. Nobody has tried to have a character from there which is why it wasn't brought up.
