Yep! We are still open! It was based off an old sheet from a rp I did years ago. Where a friend and I didn't use skills we padded the special for whatever reason and I didn't even pay attention. I just hadn't changed it but it is updated to 10 now

I think it is based on NV? I pulled an old character bio template I had from years ago. I think we did it that way since we didn't use skills. I am more than willing to use the standard system if that makes it easier! It probably does actually
