Star Wars: The Old Republic, most definitely. Have sunk more time, money, and effort into that game than any other.

Fair enough. I very rarely play in a setting with canon characters myself, preferring to stick to OC's mainly but different strokes, different folks.

Such a setting doesn't have to be confined to a Berserk universe. Could be any dark-themed fantasy setting.

Berserk's a bit gory and dark. I dunno if stuff like that is allowed on here or not (I only just returned a few days ago). But as a huge Berserk fan, I can see why the series would be appealing. ^w^ Still, the plot is both concrete and vague leaving little room for creative mold, in my opinion...
