Less minion master and more supporter with some assistance

It's less buff the minions and more everyone else, and even then it's more magic that summons spirits to help which then disappear immediately after. The minions are more situational as well, given they use equipment durability to survive

Thinking of a commander role that gives buffs, gives support, and is able to spawn npcs to help, though they're not undead monsters. Guy is also a demihuman giant, so there're some racial jobs but only about two (should be enough). As for irl, guy's like a salaryman, who's stuck in his current...
