I'm feeling like Hati is probably known to be ruthless and unforgiving with waterbenders, so reporting to Hati is... not a good idea in Miyu's view bc she thinks this waterbender can be redeemed. Not to say she can't report to some other higher-up later, but not right now.

So what I would like to do is, have Miyu have to decide whether or not to out the water bender here @Karcen @Lil Shirou Part of me wants to make the waterbender a character and heck if it isn't on-brand for me to make nothing but healers and pacifists

It wasn't really the propagandist's place to work on the front lines. Her place was in the workshop, jamming ideas into the filter that was her team, who-- if they liked it enough-- would create the art and finally put the ideas on some of those harsh-looking posters all throughout the city...

Yeah, I think it's cool that Karcen's character is a bloodbender who can't waterbend! It's a really interesting twist on the whole thing.

Sorry about that. I tend to err on the side of caution with these things, bc I don't know if there's a genuine miscommunication on my part or not. 9 times out of 10, I've usually just not said something right the first time. Sometimes I miss! It's cool.
