Also can summoners dismiss the summons? Like desummon them? Like *poof* they're gone? And if so, where do they go? Are they subjected to a numbing, twilight void for most of their existence unless they're needed in the world of man? o_o And what's it's like for them before they were first...

Do summons require orders from the summoners before they can act, or can they do their own thing? Can summons entirely disregard the commands of the summoner?

So how does a person find out that he can summon? By accident? Taught by his parents? Saw how to do it on TV? Any of the above?
