I would like for Clayface to meet the other vigilantes after the RP starts. Having some trouble in the slums seems like the best way to introduce him.

I would probably play it that Clayface is an escaped experiment of Darhk's who has been living in the slums. Over a few months he's become a sort of guardian of the slums, fighting off gangs and helping the poor. Maybe Darhk finally locates him and targets his new neighbors, prompting Clayface...
