It's been a while since I've had someone to RP with, and I'm looking to get back into it. Large groups have never really been my thing, but I enjoy one-on-one RP since it's less chaotic. I'm fairly experienced and I've done RP in most genres, so I'm not very picky. As such, I'm very open to...
I second the recommendation of Future Diary if you (Bread Crumb) haven't read/watched it. I'd also recommend a manga called Happy Sugar Life. It's as messed up as you'd expect from the genre, so I hope you enjoy it if you decide to read it.
I think Aegislash can mind control anyone who touches it. And Mimikyu wears a Pikachu disguise because it doesn't feel lovable and wants some of Pikachu's popularity. Something like that, I think.
That's true enough for a lot of pokemon, honestly. Only from some fanartists, though. Some make quality, all-ages art that's quite good. But you have a good point. Some peoples' works are a bit out there.
The pokedex likes its drama. But yeah, it does make you feel for it, doesn't it? Its Japanese name is Saanaito (Sirknight). Probably a reference to its dedication to protecting those less powerful than itself (i.e., its trainer).
The good intention is there, but I don't think a black hole really cares why it was made. That black hole is probably going to consumes both trainer and pokemon. Not to mention whatever the threat was.
It's likely because ghosts are, by design, creepy. The designers probably decided to lean into that and make the ghost types unsettling. There's also that one pokemon that gets possessed by brain fungus. Not sure what it's called, but it exists. You can probably find it fairly easily with a...
All you do is read and occasionally make a choice that can potentially derail the story. There are only fifteen or so characters, so you'll be seeing the same faces over and over. That gets especially annoying since there's no animation; only still images with various expressions. The game makes...
I can't name any examples by name since I don't pay that much attention (sorry), but there are several ghost types that are all about stealing souls. Kinda makes ghost types less cute.
I don't read the manga versions of anime I like, so I'd have to say that my favorite manga would have to be either Kase-san or Happy Sugar Life. They're both good in ways that are sometimes similar and sometimes different.
I think the anime is excellent. I've never read the manga, so I can't comment on it. 10/10 would recommend, even to someone who's not particularly into anime.
I would rejoice if an anime was made of Kase-san. There was a five or so minute dialogue-free adaptation, but it wasn't enough to do the manga justice. It deserves a full adaptation.
My other choice would be Happy Sugar Life. I'd be way into that.
I'd recommend Code Geass, Toradora, or Clannad. Code Geass has mecha action and a good plot, and can be a little darker. Toradora is a good slice of life/romance anime with excellent character growth and a believable story. Clannad is the anime adaptation of a masterpiece visual novel with great...
