Nation Building Fallout: New Days CC

Well, as you said the power armor is made of polymers, but the Brotherhood's Vertibirds are mostly made of metals I would presume. Sure, plastics as well, but they are most likely more standard like the stuff we use in our universe so they should be wasteland resources that can be found. The...

Nation Building Fallout: New Days CC

Okay, that seems pretty convincing on them not being able to produce power armor. But gladly, it also opens the very probable that they can do it now! And I haven't played Fallout 1 and 2. I'm only 18. I don't remember anything about the mainland being worse than the Commonwealth, so I'm...

"there's simply no evidence to the contrary." There is. You just chose to ignore it because it conflicts your opinion. The truth is that they have these power armors. You can't deny it. And you also can't deny that the Enclave and the US military couldn't have possibly created all of them. So...

Nation Building Fallout: New Days CC

"As of 2287, the Brotherhood of Steel has gained access and manufactured a huge arsenal of T-60 power armor (which replaced the T-45 and T-51 power armor as the new standard issue power armor). This armor is only given to knights and above. The Brotherhood does not equip all of its knights and...

They have far more than they could be able to salvage anywhere?  This for Vertibirds. I haven't found any source for the power armor, but you need to admit that if they are capable of equipping every knight and paladin with one, they must be able to manufacture it. Especially since the T60...

Well, the Brotherhood already has ways of producing their T60b models, so it would be easy to either modify the plant or just use it for the simpler parts of power armor production, thus lifting some of the workload from their plant in Washington. Alternatively, they can also produce Vertibirds.

Nation Building Fallout: New Days CC

I'm not yet finished, so I'll add some more stuff later. I feel sick right now. Country Form: Military Government Name: The Commonwealth Brotherhood of Steel History: After the Brotherhood of Steel entered the Commonwealth to wage war against the Institute, the Sole Survivor joined...

Well, Doctor 0 being the man who made it doesn't mean that much since he like all other members of the think tank has faulty memory. I just assumed that the production facility was in a bad shape like most of the others who have been infested by cazadores laying eggs wherever they want and...

Still, I think it would take more time to do all of it. Definitely not ready when the RP starts and arguably not in some 2 or 3 years after it. After all, the Securitrons were developed in 2066 and the MKII alone took eleven years. Who knows how long it took Big MT. And I don't fancy letting...

Between actually retrieving the OS from one of the damaged securitrons, reverse engineering it from the two damaged versions and updating every one of your Securitrons as well as doing the necessary hardware changes, this could take many years. Even if you miraculously manage to find intact...

Well, I must have overread that. But thanks for being so kind to me about that... And I would think losing a good portion of your power armors would hurt quite much since you can't just produce new ones without the resources and schematics. You know, have some soldiers who can actually make...

And less technology since a big part of the brotherhood left with the technology most likely.

It's not about the lobotomites. It's about collaborating with abominations like the members of the Think Tank that are proven to have ruined a good part of the Mojave wasteland with their uncontrolled technology. And you want to resume exactly that. I see no way how you can keeo the Brotherhood...

Arguments for having a base of scientists in Big MT and being able to produce Vertibirds: -The members of the Think Tank are still alive and can oversee the not really qualified population of New Vegas -Pat thinks that the Courier is able to convince the Think Tank to both help New Vegas...

Nation Building Fallout: New Days CC

The tunnelers seem like a threat that you would need both the NCR and New Vegas to control. It's described as something of apocalyptical danger if I remember correctly. And you had to kill several roboscorpions in your way to get control over them. A seemingly infinite population of tunnelers...

Even if you get them to behave somewhat normally (which is also a stretch) they are still a crazy mess of their former self. Besides, all these ifs seem very unrealistic to me. I think it's time for @TheIrradiatedWaffle to decide now based on the argumentations.

And did the testing go well? Did any test they administer go well? Would any person who experienced all three DLCs think that these people should be trusted on a scientific basis? They invented new fields of science so they could have even more doctorates.

Possible doesn't mean that you can just twist everything how you like it. It's still possible that the Enclave researched it or West Tek. Since Big MT in its latter stages was founded by investors and not the state and the Vertibirds were used by state organisations mostly, it makes more sense...
