tbf in the dark world characters get an HP buff as seen in Deltarune where Kris goes from 20 to 90. But Sans definitely should have a higher-than-normal evasion to make up for HP. But it's worth remembering that it's not GAME OVER until everyone in the party is downed.
The website does allow for Custom sprites to be added. I just don't have the time to make new ones right now so I used the pre-existing ones.
