It's for the best sometimes. I find it better to let it out rather than hold it all in. But I also know that once you let it out, it's hard to stop.

however the society I reside in reinforces the idea of being "tough," if you cry you're a weak. Hence I am called a cry baby everytime I give in.

So what? Defy society! Do not let them define you as an individual. What I see as a "crybaby" is someone sensitive and considerate of everything. I tear up sometimes and have people ask me why I'm crying. I simply reply, "So? I can't help it." I tear up when I get frustrated. I can't really help it. I'll admit I'm embarrassed at that moment but then it also shows I'm vulnerable and human. It softens my appearance.
