I just moved them to a new tank. Tim's being an idiot. He keeps swimming against the filter which pushes him back while Sam nibbles at the pebbles below while ignored the food floating above. OH WAIT ! He's eating now, and a little piece of his shell fell off. That's good ! That's good !

By a little peace of his shell, I mean it kinda, like, you know what I mean. Like when you replace your tooth. He was replacing a chip in his shell.

Besides, I found another tiny kitten. This time in the street. I was going to move it somewhere warmer but it was too scared from me the tips of my finger barely touched it. I got two pictures this time, but the iPad's dead. Which wasn't too good, because when I came home there were two slugs and I couldn't take a picture of them. I like slugs. ;-;

Turtles shells... chip? And here I thought I could be Erwin's protege. I'm such a noob. I'm glad he's eating! I want pictures of the kitten and the little dinosaurs!

My mom almost hurls when she hears about slugs. I wouldn't want to touch one, but I like to watch them slither. Same with snails, their little eyes are so cuuuute.

idk what my turtles' species is even, they keep swimming into walls (at least Tim does). At first, Tim would just swim against one direction, but now, in the new tank, he (and, currently Sam as well) keeps swimming against all walls. Not sure if they migrate.

I wanna get a little ray and call him 'Little Ocean Flap Flap'.

I wouldn't get one if I could. I would get another, less dangerous ray. I separated Tim, I put him back in his old thing. I'm just worried he might be spending too much effort flapping his little flap flaps around. I mean, Sam just floats, with his head above water and his body under, then continues to swim around. Tim just keeps...splashing.

Until I get 'em something they could rest on, I'll have Tim in his little old thing. I feel bad for them though. They've gotten less active in the past five minutes.

I actually just googled it and rays wouldn't. They would either grow too large or would starve themselves because they 'don't eat in captivity'.

Huh, that's interesting. Go get another turtle, rays are rebels ;P

Well maybe they'll exhaust themselves and take a little rest! Is Tim the one you just recently bought? Maybe he's just getting used to his surroundings. He seems a little slow, but that's okay c;

Sam's the new one. But he's larger. Tim floats but he seems to be working too much. But Sam was with another turtle for at least most of his life in a tank like the one he's right now, only larger with more water. I guess that's why he knows how to be a turtle. I'll be moving Tim once a week when he decides to stop starving himself. I have no idea how the water heater thing works.

Ohhh. I fail.

Wish I could help, I don't want him to starve himself ;c And I was unaware turtles needed their water heated, man, how little I know. At least they get along? Tony turtle discord wouldn't be good (super cute but not good).

Maybe he'll be all macho from his little workout tomorrow ;P

I reckon Tim's sick. Sam's very fine, very energetic, eats when he's hungry (I think he tried to cannibalize Tim yesterday before I dropped him little bits of food), but Tim's just...strange. The guy at the pet shop said I should put him under a lamp or use a water heater. The water heater's in the new tank, with Sam, but I don't know about Tiny Tim. I want him to see a vet.
