Honestly after 12 weeks of headaches I think I've tried just about everything and pinpointed it down to sleep (or lack thereof), things were getting better midweek but then I had this party thing which lead to like 5 hours of sleep that night

I'm a baby that needs my sleep, so I don't usually have that problem from passing out every night at, like, nine lol.
For me, I'm still trying to figure out the source of my consistent nausea and headaches, but that might just be an eating problem... and allergies.
