At this point I get the Welkin Moon and Battle Pass and just treat it like it's a subscription game like WoW or FFXIV or something XD Still not perfect (missed Arlecchino this banner, and Neuvilette last banner) but it's manageable at least

maybe I’ll get the Welkin Moon, im not sure abt the bp. I just want more bootiful Laddies, Lasses, and Lassos to probably simp over make very strong

With both, along with keeping up on commissions every day and a few other tricks I learned, I can usually get 50 or so rolls per banner. Not quite enough on its own to guarantee a 5* drop, but along with leftovers from the last banner, and keeping up with limited time events and exploration and stuff, I usually find myself with about 70 available, depending on how many I used last time. I can usually (but not always) get a 5* every banner with that
