I'm not sure if this is still an ongoing matter for you, but if you've already apologized, truly and sincere, then that's the most that you CAN do. Misunderstandings happen and that's OK. They may have also decided that talking further about a Roleplay wasn't worth it. Sometimes that also happens. Either way, it's better to leave it be and let them contact you on their own terms.
