If we're talking story-wise, Majora's Mask. I like the themes they play with there
Gameplay-wise it's a tie between Twilight Princess and Wind Waker. Wind Waker's combat is fast-paced and I enjoy that, but Twilight Princess is really the most varied the series has ever gotten in terms of swordplay
